As a developer and coordinator of many charitable events across the United States, my life had become overwhelming. My inability to relax and enjoy life resulted in an illness, which forced me to take a step back and look at exactly what was going on in my life. Why Am I Stuck was a guide to feeling fearless and secure and getting a handle on every area of my life. Today, I am proud to say that I now have a better outlook and appreciate the fullness of what life has to offer. Ask yourself are you stuck?

Successful, intelligent business people use goal-setting. Those in private and corporate environments, and high achievers in all fields of entrepreneurship to stay motivated, focused, and on track. Goal-setting not only focuses on acquiring knowledge, but also helps you organize your time and resources to make the most of your life.

Now, start the goal-setting process by looking at your lifetime goals. Once you have decided on your life-long goals, look at your short-term goals. Short-term goals are mini-projects and can be achieved in a day or one year or less, which allows you to start exploring your options.

Goal-setting not only allows you to take control of your life's direction; it can also provide you with benchmarks for determining whether you are succeeding.

When you:

Get clear about what you want. It will generate the motivation to make it happen.

STOP looking at "WHAT IS" because all you'll want to do is fix and fixate on it, but continue to complain by saying But I want to be over there.
