Introduction
by Bob Frissell

One of the questions most frequently asked of me in recent years has been When are you going to write another book? For a long time, I had no answer. The book you are now holding has been some time in the making. I had to wait for the proper timing, for the motivation, the inspiration, for everything to come together. I didnt want to just crank out another book; I wanted to be sure I had something to say.

Because this is a time of tremendous change for all of us, both individually and collectively, the greatest need as I see it is first to give a clear understanding of just what is going on, and then to address how we can best align with and tune into this process of change.

Therefore, I use the first half of the book to paint the bigger picture, to fill in the blanks, to give background information, to update, and to continue where Nothing left off.

The theme I am expanding upon in Something is that when you step into the larger picture, when you begin to lift the veil so you can see more clearly, the process is obviously going to put you through some changes. One way Im wording the issue is: In the context of these changesincluding the dimensional shiftits not useful to be in fear; yet how do you deal with the fear that all these changes bring up for you?

So the second half of the book is about emotional-body clearing, the process of learning to move consciously through your fears and limitations, which enables you to fully step into the realization of who you are and why youre herein the context of the bigger picture.

For the revised edition, I have included a channeled discussion of the origins and early uses of rebirthing. Mother Mary tells how rebirthing, or the Breath of Life, was practiced by the Essenes many thousands of years ago, even before the master Jesus came onto this planet.

Chief Cochise tells how rebirthing was developed and used in the early days of Atlantis. Rebirthing, according to Cochise, is the most powerful process on the planet today for getting you clear. A thorough explanation of this sacred science is contained herein.

This book is based on the premise that you are part of and inseparable from the whole. It is about stepping into your personal power and discovering that you have everything you need, and it is all contained within.

SOMETHING FROM NOTHING

One day in late October 1992, I received a phone call from a person who wanted to know about rebirthing. There was nothing particularly unusual about such a call. However, this person was very resistant and skeptical toward the process. That was unusual. A skeptical person usually doesnt call in the first place, or if they do, the conversation seldom lasts long.

We talked for about forty-five minutes. At one point this person, who had introduced himself as Richard, told me that he didnt believe in or trust the rebirthing process. He spoke of friends who had experienced something called rebirthing in 1968. Suffice it to say they had nothing good to say about it.

Why was this person calling, I wondered. I explained to him that rebirthing didnt even exist until 1974. I dont think he heard that.

To me, the most important aspect of the rebirthing process is what the person brings to it. One must be willing to do it in the first place, because out of such willingness comes a persons intention to go for the desired result. To me, such willingness and intention are what empower the entire process.

So I only play off a persons willingness. If its there, great! If it isnt, I never try to force the issue because it never works.

I generally try to talk a skeptical person out of ittoo much money, Im too busy, or something. But for some reason, I just stayed with Richard, and for some reason, he decided to schedule an appointment.

He came on Wednesday, October 28, three days before Halloween, and one week before the election (the one in which Clinton defeated Bush). He brought his doubts with him.

He also brought a catalogue. He had told me on the phone that he was the publisher of North Atlantic Books, and he gave me a copy of the company catalogue. On the front cover was a one-square-inch picture of the face on Mars.

The picture jumped out at me, but I said nothing. We were there to do a rebirthing session.

At some point, about halfway through the session, he had an experience of the process that was powerful enough to melt through his doubts and resistance. It was a shift as profound as any I had ever seena shift that, according to Richard, was only possible coming from a condition of doubt and no trust.

Now, for the first time, communication began to happen. After the session I could no longer contain my curiosity, so I asked about the face on Mars. Richard explained to me how North Atlantic came to be the publisher of Richard Hoaglands book, The Monuments of Mars.

I immediately perked up, for we were now in the area of my greatest interest. It was only a few months earlier that I had discovered Drunvalo Melchizedek and his Flower of Life information. I had purchased a set of Drunvalos videos, locked the door, taken the phone off the hook, and proceeded to learn the information to the best of my ability. Nothing else mattered.
