Section I.7Acknowledgements
First and foremost we acknowledge Helenes family her husbandGary for his endless patience, support, love and understandingthrough some very challenging times, and their two children, Kiraand Ben, for the amazing contacts, teaching and messages they havebeen instrumental in bringing through for the betterment ofall.
We would also acknowledgeDr. Janet Colli, Ph.D., a clinical psychologist based inWashington, D.C., and an associate of the late and highly respectedpsychiatrist, Dr. John Mack, M.D., and author of Sacred Encounters . Our heartfelt thanks go to Dr. Colli for her support, advice and understanding, and most especially for her belief in andacknowledgement of the reality of ET contact, and the fact that itis not something to be feared, but rather an important andsignificant step in our evolution as human beings.
Dr. Collis research as aprofessional in the field of human consciousness fully confirms theunderstanding we have come to from many years of ongoing and attimes fully conscious contact with our Zeta friends. This contactis all to do with expansion of consciousness, which is exactly whatevolution in the Human Kingdom is all about.

Section I.10Janet Elizabeth Colli, Ph.D.
Interspecies communication is alive and ongoing onEarth, especially in the land down under. Just beneath the crust ofconsciousness, its ingredients a homegrown mixture ofcommunication between humans and so-called aliens are beingchemically and energetically changed, like leavened dough. Thisinterspecies communication is at last breaking through to thesurface through the daily activities of young Kira and her brotherBens night terrors. Kiras off-planet workplace is the Mothership, known affectionately as the Workshop. Her devoted companion andspiritual guide is Oris, one of those beings commonly called Greys,or Zetas. His black cloak is set off by a wide-brimmedCordobes-style hat trimmed with ribbons, whose various colorsdenote his teaching specialties. Kira writes in verse,
I board the Ship
As I do every night,
To help the people in their plight.
Interspecies communication is difficult toverify. Substantiating interspecies communication is an enterprisein which we all engage with much trepidation. No one wants to befooled or branded a true believer in short, to be overwhelmedby the desire to believe. Nor do the principals in this story wantto be labeled cranks.
But what makes The Zeta Message such aspecial story is that its authors have undertaken a practical, empirical approach to verify their claims. As such, this book andits docudrama companion volume Human by Day, Zeta by Night, are superb examples of the deeply human quest to reach outside ofour limited sensory perception to fathom what lies beyond. To readthese remarkable books is a unique opportunity to see ourselves, asif for the first time, through the objective eyes of wise,non-human life forms.
Judy Carroll advises common-sense cautionbecause the teachings Oris gave to Kira have been interpreted andfiltered through a teenage mind, which is a minefield in the bestof situations. Judy is savvy about the screen memories that humanminds create so as to interpret, simplify, or fill in missingdetails. She asks that we take Kiras strange and rather fantasticstory with a grain of salt. Her cautiousness stands us in goodstead to continue reading with an open yet not gullible mind.As a clinician of the mind, I trust her call for caution.
But why believe that young Kira impartsanything from a non-human, intelligent species? Judy admits thatthe Zetas are not the easiest folk to communicate with. You haveto be on the correct brain wavelength. What does that really meanto a psychotherapist like me? Yet when we read the parallel lifestories of Judy and Kiras mother Helene, we feel their honesty andwant to follow them down the rabbit hole, to more fully explorethis alternate reality. Judy and Helene report decades ofburgeoning contact experiences. Their meticulously documented lifestories include Judys first memories of how the Greys began tomake themselves known to her, weaving in and out of herexplorations and past-life recollections. Her pioneering path isquite tangible, and we easily follow her trail as she describes howshe honed her awareness and her skill at interpreting their veryprofound telepathically communicated imagery. We are privy to herinternal process as she analyzes, scrutinizes and evaluates. Inshort, it is the authors ability to meta-communicate, to writeclearly about their inner processes, which gives a degree ofvalidity to Judys claim that I was 30 years old when the Zetafamily [finally, in full consciousness] contacted me. By thattime, we are savoring her contact, too.
It is said that psychotics differ frommystics in that the latter know not to talk to psychiatrists abouttheir visionary experiences. Judy has the power of discrimination, good judgment and exquisite sensitivity needed to avoid upsettingothers. She secures our trust when she fully admits the workings ofher limited human brain, as she describes how she processes andfilters through words the Greys imagery.
It is only natural that claims ofinterspecies communication undergo a verification process. Does itmatter that Judys clear recall of carrying out work alongside, and as one of the Zetas is corroborated by Helene and others?Absolutely. The authors document just such corroboration. A thirdparty verifies that Judy appeared in her Grey form in her bedroomin the middle of the night, and her own level-headed husbandreports receiving the shock of his life when on several occasionshe also saw a different, strange-looking face superimposed overJudys features. The plot thickens. Teenage Kira now becomes partof the verification process, as her information and recall ischecked and balanced against Judys and Helenes. Is it significantthat Kira backs up Judys half-buried but still partly consciousmemories of carrying out procedures on humans on board the disc,or that obscure details regarding who was on board the craft tallyexactly with Judys memory? Absolutely. And what about theexcellent proof that Oris is around them all the time, virtually afamily member?
Well, Helene first found Judy through amutually known Reiki instructor, and eventually this family ofhumans ingeniously devised a system of multi-level, sensorychannels of communication to verify their interspeciescommunication with their family of Greys. It is an interestingexperiment, indeed, to which Oris himself, directed them. With Kirausing her clairvoyant sight to guide them, while listening to Oris, she conveyed his words to Helene, who, apart from one stunningevent, could not hear him herself. Helene has to work throughfeeling (clairsentience); Kira through seeing (clairvoyance), whileJudy works through hearing (clairaudience). Helene tested herclairsentient ability by having Oris touch particular parts of herbody the top of her head or her right shoulder then seekingKiras confirmation through her clairvoyant ability. Did Kira seeOris with one hand on her head and the other on her shoulder? Readon. For such experiments are repeated more than once.
