G od wants to reach out and help us in times of trouble, but we need to diligently seek Him. He wants to direct us in everything, from major issues to minor problems. In this life-changing book, Dr. Jeremiah M. Kapotwe offers guidelines on how to confront our problems with God on our side. Using scriptures and real-life experiences from his own ministry, he helps the re ader:
- To seek God in times of tro uble
- To be confident in the God that we s erve
- To be overcomers as we go through the storms and how to not giv e up
- To become intimately acquainted with God.
The book shows us, step by step, how to anchor our trust in God. The reward is a life filled with meaningful awareness of Gods availability in our lives in times of trouble, while the result is victorious li ving.

This is a book worth reading. We need to admit that mans first problem is that he has no control over his circumstances, as a result of which he looks for every way possible to have power over his troubles. Reading this refreshing and powerful book by Dr. Jeremiah Kapotwe has positively impacted my life. I recommend it, without reservation, to every troubled soul.

This book is timely. Dr. Jeremiah Kapotwe, you bring much needed, and truly unique insight on crisis management to the Body of Christ. This book motivates us to grow through our challenges and not only to pass through them. I share his opinion that crises and challenges often become doorways into our destinies, and that it is our attitude that determines our portion in life.

Many stand at crossroads. They are in valleys of indecision, not knowing which step to take. Reading this book is like reading an epistle on living. Written by my spiritual father, it not only makes you realize that there is light at the end of the tunnel, but it also offers clear guidelines on how to attain that glorious light of the moment of your life.

Dr. Jeremiah M. Kapotwe has taken the time to draw on his personal journey through the valleys of life. This work is a comprehensive and systematic tool for equipping any person, both churched and unchurched, for lifes ups and downs. The material can serve as a practical manual, and a foundation of all that can be said on what to do when trouble comes. I recommend this book as a guide to any indivi dual.

A fact that we must thoroughly acquaint ourselves with, right from the outset, is that although our lives are structurally designed by the Divine Architect, before God is finished with us, we must graduate from the University of Adversity. Instructively, King David himself graduated from this University. If we eliminate the Goliath factor from Davids life, he would have remained a shepherd boy had he not passed through the University of Adversity. If we subtracted the pit and prison experiences from Josephs life, he would never have ruled from the Pharaohs pa lace.
Another unassailable fact is that, as long as we keep coming back to the Lord, we will not remain married to our troubles and difficult circumstances. The day will yet arrive when Gods promise will finally begin to be fulfilled. The Bible says that Jesus is the foundation stone that has been tried, and nothing can be built on this foundation except other stones that have been tried by fire. This speaks volumes of the character of Jesus Ch rist.
The bright rays that shine from us have everything to do with the bright holiness of Jesus. The only people I know who exhibit the character of Jesus are those who have gone through troubles and tribulations. Our Heavenly Father allows us to go through many fiery experiences, not to destroy our faith, but to separate from it the dross of sin, error, selfishness and worldliness, and to make it in every way valuable, ultimately for it to be manifested as being worthy of praise, honor and glory at the return of our Lord Jesus Christ. At the end of the day, the purpose of God is to refine us and turn us into jewels that will adorn His Holy City as He descends from heaven in much the same manner as a bride is beautifully adorned for her hus band.
