Words can only state what you can or will do, but actions make those words a reality.

Youre sick and tired of having to deal with your old habits. You dont want to look at others and envy them for what you lack.

You want to develop a new and better habit for you to live with everyday. That is what this book will help you do.

It will help you change your outlook and attitude in life. Your old negative feelings will be gone, replaced by the new and positive attitude that you have gained.

Yet, you wont be able to reach your goal without effort. Its going to require a lot of effort in the beginning. However, the more you believe, the more youll achieve. Keep up the good work and keep going no matter what.

You have to remember, changes are permanent only if you continue those changes. It can be very easy and tempting at times to change back to your old self.

The reason why it can be difficult for you to change yourself is because you are too comfortable.

People enjoy their comfort zone. They do not like the idea of it being popped, broken, shattered, trespassed, or whichever term people tend to phrase it as.

The point is, once their comfort zone is broken, theres a very high chance of them moving back into the zone after a certain period of time.

Its like forming a new habit. Normally, itll take at least three weeks for a new habit to form, thats if you continued the same routine for that long.

Likewise, forming a new habit is the same as breaking away from your comfort zone because in order to change something, you must first rid yourself of what youve had before.

Its good to put yourself on the spot sometimes when you are trying to change yourself up. The more you look at what you havent done and what you couldve done, the easier it will be for you to strive for the change that you want.

Although motivation is key to absolute success, motivation only lasts outside of the comfort zone. If you continue to stop letting yourself be too comfortable where youre at, youre doing something right.

Granted, chances wont appear in a few days. Its going to take weeks, or maybe even months. Either way, the more you keep going, the closer youll be to your goal.

Thats the purpose of this book: to help you reach that goal. You want to change your attitude about life? Do it. Dont waver and dont procrastinate.

Whatever amount of time that youre going to take to read this book, take in every minute and every word.

Dont think that youre wasting time. Youre spending time shaping yourself up. Thats whats important.

In this book, youre going to run into some parts that will make you feel uncomfortable just by reading about it.

Its going to make you angry and its going to make you question yourself. The point is to suck it all up and learn from it.

Life is harsh and will forever be harsh. Reality is a part of life that no one wishes to look at. Granted, most people tend to simply run away and constantly escape to their fantasies, hoping that luck will eventually play its way into their lives.

However, there are the few who tend to stay within realitys point of view. Even so, what is their actual reality?

Most people have different viewpoints as to how life works or how a life should be lived. That viewpoint will often shape their reality. Its the same for you.

Do you see life as being simple or harsh? There are probably about 80% of people out there who believes that life is very hard and that stability is the only way to live.

Nonetheless, there are the other possible 20% who states that life is easy and enjoys every moment of it. Now that doesnt mean that those with simple believes do have it easy.

Rather, it can be quite the opposite. A rich man can clearly state how easy life can be through the results of his efforts while a poor man can clearly state how difficult life can be through the efforts of his complaints.

If you didnt catch the meaning behind those words, it means that the more you complain about what you need to do, the harder it will be to accomplish it.

Likewise, the more time you spend on accomplishing your goals, the easier itll be for those efforts to bloom over time.

You cant dawdle around and complain in life, expecting that you will achieve something in the process. The only way to do something is to stop talking and do it.

Hard work pays off and so does patience and shaping up that negatively unmotivated attitude is the foundation of future success.

The Need for Motivation:

In life, there will always be something that goes wrong. Whether it is caused by you or by someone else or through time, life will find ways to push you down after youve gotten back up.

Thats how reality is and thats how life works. Of course, that type of pressure will affect everyone the first few times. However, humans adapt. Thats how we are and thats the instincts that we are born with.

We are an adaptive type of species. We will change overtime as we are constantly looking for a change in ourselves.

So why is it that some people cannot adjust to lifes negative pressure? Its because they cannot adapt.

Some people choose to stay still and accept the fact that the pressure will not allow them to move. Others will choose to rebel and adapt to that pressure. That is called motivation.
