THIS BOOK IS DEDICATED TO the person who held my ladder of success while I was climbing it, even though at times she had to hold the ladder with one hand, while she held our kids with the other. The person who challenged me to think through my goals to make sure my ladder was against the correct wall. To the person who carried my ladder of success, when I was too weary to go on. She encouraged me to take one more rung when I didnt think I had it in me. The person who walked through fire with me, when my ladder fell over and we had to begin over again and again. The person who ran our company, while I put all my energies into this book over the past three or more years... and then found the time to edit it.

Without this person, this book would not have been possible. Without this person, my life would not have been as successful, fun or full of joy. The person I love the most in this world and the person God chose to bless me with, the mother of my incredible children Jim, John, Jessica and Jacqueline, the mother in-law to my beautiful daughter Jocelyn and the grandmother (Grannae, she feels too young to be a grandma) to our new granddaughter Jennifer Alexis Lynn Rowley Jenna.
