Acknowledgements

Many of the 365 one or two liners in Patterns Truths and Inspirations are paraphrases. Many come from verses taken from the New King James version of the Holy Bible. These are from almost four decades of Bible studies, alone with sitting under the teachings of earlier pastors, Elmore Heitman, Gilbert Delao, Curtiss Paul, and then more resent, Greg Phelps, William Del Casale, Justin Morris, Ali Reza Abbassi, Bob Fitzgerald, Tim Jenks, Toby Beck, Matt Daniells and Ryan Aufemkamp. Many who continue to be a current source of encouragement and inspiration to me.

Other people who gave me ideas for subjects come from presentations and talks from such notable people as the late Sir Winston Churchill, along with a few former U. S. Presidents, including President Trump, and from some other National current and former elected officials.

Other sources are from good friends and close relatives who have inspired me with deep, meaningful conversations over the years. These names are almost too many to list them all, but I will give you my short list: My brother, Ronald and his wife, Pauline Monson, My wife and best friend, Clarice Monson, who has been my greatest inspiration in all that I do. My sister, Cheryl Monson Jerome and her husband, Jerry Jerome, who now live just under an hour away from us. My Late Brother, Dennis Eugene Monson, and his dear wife, Dorothy Monson, both who are now gone to be with the Lord, but who both still continue to encourage and challenged me with their strong faith in the Lord. My sweet daughter, Teresa Monson Nyswonger, and my two granddaughters, Talon and Taylor, along with my grandson, Jared Monson Conway and his dear Mother, Odette Monson Conroy, and her family are always a good source of encouragement. My good friends, Drew Lee, Jay Gross, Fred Morgan, Jr., and Brian Anderson, along with so many other close Christian friends, as well as, brothers and sisters in Christ, who have been a blessing to me both now and over these many years of Christian fellowship.

The last, but certainly not the least, is the Lord Jesus Christ, who is my Savior, my Redeemer and my Soon Coming King. He has never left me. He is always with me, and He has promised to soon come back for His Church, of which I am so thankful to be a part. He has asked us to ready for His soon coming, in a day which none of us know. But, He tells us He will come back in a day when we least expect His return.

Further instruction/consent/comments

You have the right to make this book you are now holding your source of a daily devotion. You can personalize it with your additions to any of the 365 or 366 (leap year) subjects. You are your own person, and like the Lord says, No two of us are exactly alike. You can put (your take) on any one of these subjects. How you do it is also up to you. I plan to use this as a part of my daily study. I will probably put down some of my own Your takes, as I go through this each year. Life changes, different events, and how I might feel when I go to read each will likely change from year to year. It may even help those who might come behind us to read what we put down for the various subjects at various time in our life.

Patterns Truth and Inspiration is a list of one or two liners on various subjects to cover a daily subject for a full year, 365 days of reading. Various subjects are first shown, and then a related Bible scripture or two follows. It up to you if you want to add ( your take ) which might be some additional verse(s) related to each daily subject.

We begin with the first, Taken from the Book of Geneses

1.In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. He didnt like the darkness and void so He said Let there be light. Then He saw that it was good.

Genesis 1: 1 - 4a In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. Then God said, Let there be light; and there was light. And God saw the light that it was good.

2.On day six God created man in His own image.

Genesis 1:27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.

Colossians 1:16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and earth, visible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.

3.Truthfulness always prevails in the end.

Psalms 25:5 Lead me in Your truths and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; on You I wait all the day.

John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No on comes to the Father except through Me.

Your take: ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

4.Knowledge and wisdom are two different conditions.

Psalms 94:10 He who instructs the nations, shall He not correct, He who teaches man knowledge?

Romans 11:33 Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgements and His ways past finding out.

( My take: (Paraphrase: ) Knowledge is the storage of information, while wisdom it the best use of that knowledge.

Your take: ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

5.Planning ahead saves time, money, and nerves, almost without fail.

Ephesians 1:11 In Him also we have obtained and inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will, that we who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory.

Your take: ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

6.Retain and nurture old friendships, and encourage new ones as well.

Proverbs 12:26 The righteous should choose his friends carefully, for the way of the wicked leads them astray.

1 John 4:7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.
