I dedicate this book to my hypnosis clients and to Channelers everywhere. Many have contributed greatly to my learning and to the raising of my own consciousness.

In writing this book, I realize that, as everyone is different, there will be different perceptions and opinions about its subject matter. Thats because everyone is unique and no two people see anything in exactly the same way. Ill explain why a little later.

I also want you to know that what Im presenting here is just my understanding, at this point in time. As we humans have a relatively low level of consciousness, my understanding is quite simple and limited. There is much more to these concepts than we humans are capable of fully understanding.

Not only will everyone see these definitions and concepts differently but their understanding of them will become richer as their consciousness expands and their perception takes in more over time. I am fully confident that in the fairly near future, I, and maybe you, will look back at this book and conclude that a good bit of it was pretty simple and limited.

A reasonable way to look at this book is that its an introduction to Spirituality. Its a handbook of sorts. It lays parts of a foundation that, as time goes on and consciousness expands, the reader will begin to piece together for a more complete understanding of what a spiritual life can be.

As a spiritual life develops, so does emotionality. The two go hand in hand. As one develops, so does the other. As an individual becomes more spiritual, old negative emotions, e.g. anger, resentment, etc. drop away and new more positive ones, e.g. kindness, generosity, etc. grow and help us to evolve. As we grow spiritually, we grow more emotionally.

To be clear, Im not trying to convince anyone of anything. I dont wish to argue and I respect everyones right to think whatever they choose. All I want to do is relate what, I believe, is going on with the planet and with the human species. Our reality isnt always what it seems to be or what we have been told it is. It is my intention to present some points of view that people can take into account when coming to their own conclusions.

I also know that most humans generally dont embrace change or accept new ideas easily. So, I dont expect anyone to immediately embrace the material in this book without doing some personal research, deep thinking and, maybe, a gut-check. It would be unreasonable to do otherwise. All I ask is that you be open to the possibility that everything in this book could have validity and be helpful.

My hope is that you will approach this book with an open mind. If you do, you will be teased with ideas and concepts that you may not be used to. This should make you just uncomfortable enough to ask more questions, expand your consciousness and grow spiritually.

Through the latter half of 2018, I have had the good fortune of working with five women who became Channelers. As they were developing their channeling skills, my learning curve was almost vertical. I have learned a great deal from them and from the Beings whom they channel. As they venture into the public with their new abilities, I applaud them for doing so as I know they will help many. I also know that it takes great courage and commitment. Ladies, thank you for the fascinating ride.

You will probably figure out pretty quickly that much of this books content didnt come just from my memory banks. Theres a long list of sources in the bibliography and there are others who didnt quite fit that format. Among them are Channelers, their Extraterrestrial Beings and many humans. All have contributed one way or another to my development and to this book. Thank you all.

I am also grateful to my wife, Carol-Ann Dennis, who is an absolute hawk when it comes to meticulous editing. She is also the love of my life and my most valued advisor and confidant. For all of your help and support Dear, thank you and much love.

I have been asked if this book was channeled. Initially, it was hard to tell and, as much as I would like to take all of the credit, I know I have had many nudges and inspirations along the way and, for that, I am also most grateful.

Imagine that, one day, unexpectedly, you started speaking someone elses thoughts. How would you feel? Imagine too, that the person whose thoughts youre speaking turns out to be an Extraterrestrial (ET). How would you feel then?

Well, thats exactly what happened to the five women described in Part One and I imagine its the way that all Channelers might feel at the outset.

The Beings that began speaking through them were either individuals or collectives, all from higher realms of consciousness.

It turns out that this phenomenon is not uncommon and its called Channeling. Its been around forever and there are famous examples such as the Oracle of Delphi, Jane Roberts and Seth, Ester Hicks and Abraham, Daryl Anka and Bashar, Anne Morse and The Transeekers, and quite a few others, many of whom are featured on YouTube, in books and on stage.

Getting back to the feelings that one might experience as a Channeler, here are some of the potential fears, challenges and concerns: Are these Beings going to take me over? Will my family and friends think Im crazy? What is the accuracy of the information coming through? Will I be opening up to dark energies? If I attract an audience to a channeling event, will the Beings show up? Etc, etc.

This can be stressful enough but on top of that, its not uncommon to have had past lives in which one was punished severely for speaking out or for being a healer. All of these and more can make it difficult to Go public with this talent.

Against that background, when one becomes a Channeler, there are many reasons to cover it up and not take it to the public. That said, my hat is off to those who do channel and, as Ive come to know these five Channelers rather well, I especially applaud the courage, integrity and persistence they have displayed in developing this skill, practicing it diligently and preparing to take it to the public.

As well, I have had the very fortunate experience of working with these five Channelers, on an almost weekly basis, through the second half of 2018. I have benefited greatly from the conversations that I have had with them and with their Channeled Beings. The information that they have imparted is from a perspective of higher consciousness and is intended to be healing, empowering or consciousness-raising. It has contributed greatly to my understanding of some of lifes bigger questions and to my on-going spiritual development.

To be clear, at the time of this writing, these five Channelers have not all stepped into the limelight. I think most, if not all, will do it eventually but, as some of them are not comfortable being identified in a book, at this time, I will not be identifying them by name.
