F OREWORD

What an honor to be able to write the foreword for Rebecca Greenwoods book, Discerning the Spirit Realm. Ive had the privilege of knowing her and her husband Greg for several years. They are great people, down to earth, fun, and like family. But also very gifted!

Ive sat back and watched Becca, as she is affectionately called by close friends and family, over the years develop from a simple yet powerful prayer and deliverance ministry to an exploding international ministry that very much touches discerning the spirit realm. Yet the totality of her gift and ministry is much larger than this. I watched her develop grace, not just experience, as shes advanced, and shes a delight to work with.

How we need to understand the whole realm of discerning! Ill never forget when I stumbled into this realm and with shocked awareness thought, What in the world just happened to me? I was a graduate student and had recently been baptized in the Holy Spirit. Walking past the student center, I looked through the window to where students were sitting at tables eating as well as walking around. Suddenly, they were no longer people but they were white forms. They were in the form of a person yet they obviously were not flesh and blood. They were moving about as these white, formless bodies. In one sense they looked like ghosts that were in the form of a person. I knew they werent ghosts; Im simply trying to describe what I saw. They looked like walking spirits.
