Acknowledgements
This book would never have been written except that my L ORD Jesus Christ laid it on my heart. Thank you, God, for giving me the desire and the grace to write this book and for surrounding me with gifted and talented friends and family to help along the way.
In particular, I would like to thank Debbie Sartwell for her dear friendship and undying faithfulness, for typing and editing year after year. I thank God for anointing Debbie for this work and giving her a steadfast heart. Without her, the manuscript would have no being.
In addition, I thank my cousin Jody Bosworth for helping me not only with initial plans and first drafts but also hours and hours of incredible editing through the years. Her gifts and extensive knowledge have been a God send in directing this effort and could not have been accomplished without her help.
Furthermore, I express heartfelt appreciation to my mother, Ethel Cosgrove, for her selfless love and assurance. I love and thank her for being a wonderful role model. She is such an important influence in my life.
And to my sister, Deborah Graham, I am grateful for thorough research and exhaustive efforts to apprehend sources for this book. I thank her for constant edification and advice when we at length discussed excerpts from the rough drafts.
I also want to thank my friend, Elizabeth Winter, for being attentive to God by her willingness to share her testimony, which I have recorded in this book. I am blessed by her input and tedious confirmation of each Scripture.
Also, I want to thank Donna McCreary for her heartfelt and incredibly detailed Holy Spirit led input and notes, Gloria Harvell, for her extremely creative insight and loving critique.
A special thanks to my very blessed children and their spouses, Erich, Jill, Jennifer, Tim, Dustin and Crystal for their loving support and patience through the years in this endeavor.
Most of all, I am thankful for my husband, Rickey, for whom I have an endless and undying love. It was his constant encouragement, generous support, and unselfish love that afforded me the means to persist in my mission. It is an honor to be the wife of such a man.
Introduction
This book reveals the occult language of the yoga vocabulary. Hidden within the ancient postures is a sign language containing the Sanskrit (Indian) alphabet. These letters make up mantras (power words) when illuminated by the Kundalini (serpent power). The mantras automatically transmit vibrations evoking the ancient Hindu gods. These Hindu gods are revealed as Satans angels of darkness.
Yogas ancient religious ritual is Satans scheme, hidden for ages and covered by elaborate design. Ancient holy sacred writings prove yogas origin to be solely for religious purposes in order to consummate a union with their Hindu gods.
As a Christian, you must understand the adversary. You are Gods chosen child. You are called by His name. You are not Satans pawn. Do not live your life as though you are posturing yourself upon the chessboard of compromise!
The Heart of Yoga Revealed! invites you to explore how the L ORD Jesus Christ by His Holy Spirit reveals the truth about the incredible facade of the yoga phenomenon.

Yoga
Union with the Universal World Soul
Yoga is a commonplace word that fifty years ago was rarely known to western civilization. When people hear the word yoga, they view it as an exercise and immediately envision a person on a mat doing poses and stretches to help the body and mind. It is seen on commercials, TV shows, and even the health professionals tout the benefits of yoga but how does yoga supposedly benefit the mind and body?
Does it have a double-edged sword permeating the mind and body with negative side effects? Does the Christian need to be concerned about such negative side effects? How do yogi masters define yoga? Who created yoga and why was it created? The purpose throughout this book is to reveal the double-edged sword of yoga and its ramifications experienced by the practitioner. Exactly what is the definition of yoga?
According to Websters New World Dictionary, Third College Editions primary definition, yoga is purely a religious discipline of the Hindu faith:
1. a mystic and ascetic Hindu discipline by which one seeks to achieve liberation of the self and union with the supreme spirit or universal soul through intense concentration, deep meditation, and practices involving prescribed postures, controlled breathing, etc.
The Encarta World English Dictionarys primary definition of yoga is also based on religion:
Yoga: Hindu discipline, any of a group of related Hindu disciplines that promote the unity of the individual with a supreme being through a system of postures and rituals.
Those who practice yoga as a system of physical exercise and breathing control are actually practicing an ancient system designed to elicit mystical experiences and occult spiritual insights.
Many people are under the false impression that yogas primary objective is to bring unity to their spirit, soul, and body. Yet, nothing could be further from the truth. Yogas primary objective is to bring their spirit, soul, and body into unity with Hindu gods .
