ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
We want to thank all those who contributed their personal stories to make this book a reality. We know that for many it was difficult to sit down and openly relive stressful and sometimes painful experiences. You all did a great job! Thank you.
Also, our deepest appreciation to Ami Naramor of WND Books. Her ongoing patience with all of our questions and changes should qualify her for sainthood. We couldnt have done this without her suggestions, advice, and comments.
And finally, we want to thank our own families: Patti and the boys and Steve and the girls for being so patient with us over the years and for their loving support during this whole process.
