Introduction

W hen it comes to leading an organized, consistent, productive, present, self-expressive and fulfilled life, most of us unfortunately fail at it. In between the daily commute, staying on top of everyday chores, fulfilling all our professional commitments and taking care of our loved ones, we often end up with little to no time for ourselves. At least one area of life therefore will always end up being neglected.

The overall picture of our world thus resembles a lopsided equation where the only way one part can be fulfilled is at the expense and neglect of another. Sufficiency in one area leads to inevitable deficiency in others.

The emotional experience such a life dictates is inconsistent and volatile. Whilst we may overall experience some highs such as after having enjoyed a good day at work, inevitably we must face the train wreck that awaits us before the days done in another part of our world; whether it be the state of our home, our friendships or our significant relationship. Ive experienced it many times where the commute home fades from the high of whats just happened to the low of whats about to happen.

For most of us, this lifestyle isnt a choice; rather it happens despite or sometimes because of our best efforts. At its root, we dont understand what organization is, what leads to it and whats currently wrong with our life that needs fixing.

A fulfilled life will always generate a level of excess, inconsistency and clutter. No adult can avoid this as any productive endeavor will produce variables we cant identify proactively or control in the first instance. Thus, the key is to not view organization as a one-off anomaly we can cure; but as a longer term strategy of management based on how we want to live going forward.

Ask yourself this how good would it feel to have predictable and consistent fulfillment in all areas of life? To be able to become more productive, efficient and successful personally and professionally? To not have to live with the ups and downs a disorganized existence forces us to endure, and where you can always rely on being on top of everything? And no, its not impossible at all!

You can have this life. Its easily within your grasp. You just need to know the foundations upon which to build; as once you have those in place, everything else will fall in line automatically. Youd be amazed at how little it takes to find order and more importantly, keep things in order.

I say this because Ive seen my life in different phases, both organized and disorganized.

My teenage and young adult years were typified by multiple challenges which ultimately sunk me into a deep depression. I lost all semblance of a normal life and most of what was meaningful to me, hitting rock bottom.

Due to this, once Id made the choice to rebuild, I had no choice but to do it from the ground up. Because from that level, this could only be done piece by piece - I became intimately aware of the anatomy of both a successful and unsuccessful life. Yes, the entire process was very time consuming and difficult, but ultimately I came out a winner because Id overcome so much and knew what Id done to overcome it; meaning I was empowered with the ingredients to be successful and never go back to that place again.

And it wasnt as simple as my needing to pick up after myself or make sure I kept an up to date diary. I was going through a lot in the bad days and couldnt cope. I was really depressed and felt aimless and powerless. My life was scattered and non-committal as I couldnt get over my past and needed crutches to get through the day.

Given my life hit rock bottom, I had to strip everything down and start again piece by piece; thats why I was able to learn so much about this process and can now share those lessons with you in a way thatll resonate as its based on real life. My life .

Only after my state and mindset both changed did I again find order and success. One would never have happened without the other.

I can guarantee you one of two things : your home and mental state are either empowering the very best person you want to be, amplifying your strengths and serving your most aspirational desires and ambitions, or its dragging you down, fuelling your weaknesses and mirroring the worst you have to offer yourself and your family.

Whichever of the two it does, its your choice and no one elses. The power lies with, and within you.

I know millions of people struggle with this area just as I did and dont have a clue what to do. I also know you may have tried and failed multiple times before because the other resources or courses youve followed havent dealt with the root causes of disorganization, being as much a mental state as well as a physical one. But Ill show you the many insights you need to unlock the secrets of what it takes to be organized inside and out and to make your transformation inevitable. People who fail lack these insights, so rest assured youre in the right place and success is definitely much closer now.

I know right now its difficult to see but trust me, once you start taking action youll start to see cumulative effects well beyond the obvious. These are hidden right now, as when were lost in the haze of our anarchic and disorganized existence, its hard to see how and where we can find a way out from the mess were in, let alone affect our surroundings enough to make a lasting change in multiple areas of life.

The swamp of our current inactive state, bad habits and past mistakes can be a horrible and lonely place to live but as youll see, we dont have to live there forever. We can do something about it. And these are the first steps towards regaining control.

Be clear, organization is first an emotional and intellectual decision which then leads to physical choices. If you overlook the first two, the physical element will be ineffective, transitory and a complete waste of your time and effort.
