Headaches Begone
More than 40 million Americans suffer from chronic headaches. Pharmaceutical drugs might temporarily subdue the pain, but they can be habit-forming and come with worrisome side effects. Moreover, the headaches keep coming back.
Master herbalist David Hoffmann will help you target the underlying cause of your headaches-whether stress- or hormone-induced, a result of food allergy or a by-product of a sinus infection. Then he suggests the appropriate herbal remedies or lifestyle solutions to heal and balance the body so that headache pain can soften and disappear once and for all.
