Every relaxation technique in this book takes a minute or less. If you dont believe me, flip to a random page right now and have a go at something. Go on. In just one minute, you will start to feel more relaxed.

So why did you start reading this? Perhaps it was because of stress or a lack of calm caused by something in your life?
