The Sweet Potato Diet was first introduced to me via Snapchat when I saw Michael eating sweet potatoes and chicken in the Morellifit Snapchat. This diet has changed my life because it hasnt just saved me a ton of money, but has given me all I need in order to have a better quality of life as well as a great healthy meal option that I enjoy eating. Ive always loved sweet potatoes and didnt know that you could eat them every day and eat them in many different ways, which is good when youre a college student on a budget. Thanks to Michael and his Sweet Potato Diet I have saved a lot of money while eating something that has great nutritional value and helped me achieve my fitness goals.

The Sweet Potato Diet changed my life in so many ways. Once I removed all other carb sources from my diet, I was able to jump-start my weight loss when I hit a plateau. I lost 6 pounds in the first week. Sweet potatoes are the only carb I will eat now! I also got my youngest son Jacob eating sweet potatoes. He is a type 1 diabetic and sweet potatoes are a great complex carb and do not spike insulin levels and that helps keep his numbers from dramatic swings!! The Sweet Potato Diet changed my life. I was always eating clean. Protein, veggies, and healthy fats. Maybe a sweet potato here and there. I was first introduced to the Sweet Potato Diet on Periscope in early 2015 by Michael Morelli Jr. Instantly the idea sounded genius to me! Its sweet potatoes, not a huge financial investment, and a whole food item, so whats to lose? I went out and purchased some sweet potatoes to get me started! I followed several of Michaels recipes and tips with ease! This diet felt right! I felt clean and satiated while following it! I had no expectations, but to my surprise I lost 12 pounds in the first 13 days! I highly recommend following this diet short term and as a lifestyle! I had always heard about the many health benefits of sweet potatoes, and have loved them since my junior high days, but other than the sweet potato casserole version served at Thanksgiving with my family, I was unaware of how to prepare them. I began following the Sweet Potato Diet before I even truly knew what it was. Sweet Potato Diet change my entire perspective about eating, I didnt know that eating sweet potatoes can change my health and my figure. Im a diabetic and Sweet potatoes are an excellent source of carbohydrates for those with blood sugar problems. The Sweet Potato Diet has been a total game changer when it comes to achieving my health and fitness goals. I was first introduced to the diet when I started my first Custom Meal Plan. I liked sweet potatoes, but when Michael made me aware of the INSANE benefits, sweet potatoes became my favorite carbohydrate source.
