holds a Degree in Sociology (Dipl. Soz.Bielefeld/Berlin) and is a Senior Researcher at the Department of Vocational Education/Technology and Participation at the Technical University of Berlin. There, she is the project leader of the BMBF- and ESF-funded research project ICUInternal Crowdsourcing in Companies. In addition to her work as a project manager, she is a scholarship holder of the Berlin Professional School of Economics and Law where she is currently completing a part-time MBA programme. Her research focus is on Entrepreneurship and Innovation, New Work and Agility and Digital Transformation and Leadership.

Dr. Marco Wedel

is a Political Scientist (Dipl.rer.pol., Dr. phil.) and Senior Researcher at the Department of Vocational Education/Technology and Participation at the Technical University of Berlin. In addition to study visits in Boston, Constance and Berlin, he has worked in the Energy Sector (BASF) and in Science Management (Falling Walls Foundation), among others. His current research activities focus on the topics Future of Work, Entrepreneurship, Digitalization and Media Competence. His long-term research focuses on European Integration, Democratic Competence and Sustainable Development. Marco Wedel is co-editor of the science journal Innovation: The European Journal of Social Science Research.
