Welcome to the wonderful adventure of Advanced Placement (AP) Human Geography! AP Human Geography is the study of the world and its inhabitants in spatial terms. In your AP class, you have examined the worlds cultures, economic and urban systems, political organization, and other aspects of human geography. It may seem to be a daunting task to review all those models, important concepts, and systems, but dont despair! This review guide will give you a chance to undertake a solid review of AP Human Geography, as well as train you in valuable test-taking strategies.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

CAROL ANN GILLESPIE teaches Advanced Placement Human Geography and is the author of several books on geography. She has served as a reader, leader, and question writer for Advanced Placement Human Geography since the inaugural reading in 2001. The mother of three grown sons and grandmother of two granddaughters, she and her husband make their home in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. Dr. Gillespie spends most of her free time writing, cycling, and hiking in West Virginia.
