This book addresses those who want to see good results in their training or to those that want to take the leap out to become a new training member. There is an infinite sea out there on the web with information that tells us how to train, how to eat and it can be confusing and hard to understand whats true and what's really working for just you in specific. In this book you are going to read about the biggest myths about nutrients and exercises and were going to look closer to the most common categories within training and how to actually get results. This book is for everyone and it's easy to read and suits them who wants to take the leap out to the training world and to those who have trained some time but wants to learn more about how to prevent injuries with the right technique and how the mind and body are connected.

Nutrients on an easy basics
Let us say that you want to train at the gym or elsewhere 3 days per week or that you already started but the results won't show. As you surely already know or heard about is that training, nutrients and sleep is A & O. It is true of course. It's not just about to control the minus or plus in calories. It's about what we eat. Think about it like yin and yang but in this case we're calling it
free radicals ( bad nutrients ) and
antioxidants ( good nutrients ).
When our body gets the healthy foods our immune defense gets stronger, our brain capacity increases, higher combustion and much more happens. We need to break patterns and put away our naive thoughts and the first step to become that person is already taken for buying my book.
We can begin to tell ourselves that there are no temporary diets, we want a new lifestyle (to break patterns).

The only diet you should know about is the one that bodybuilders have when they are about to flex in front of judges. A couple of weeks before the competition they starve themselves for a minimum fat percentage and it's not healthy for them and is not to recommend. That's where the word "bulking" comes from, because after the competitions they are getting really hungry and gaining weight fast.

However our brain is addicted to sugar, fat, tobacco etc. When we are starting our journey to a new and preservable food intake our brain will try to fool us that the new food doesn't taste good/ taste different which has to do with the addiction of sugar and fat (for example, fast food) which gives our brain dopamine. They didn't build Rome in a day and you won't either sort of speak. It is easy to fall back to our old patterns when our brain screams for sugar and fat that you've been feeding it all this time. Try a substitute that is sugar free and products like diet coke, it will give you the same satisfaction if you give it some time to "adjust". Even alcohol is a big villain and has tons of sugar in it and it's draining some important hormones in our bodys, which intend to interrupt our balance of nutrients. I know it sounds like we shouldn't eat any sugar at all but the truth is that almost everything we eat contains sugar and we shouldn't therefore put any extra in our food. Eat fruit.

Healthy food
I am vegan but haven't been that all my life. All kinds of healthy stuff will appear automatically when becoming vegan. The amount of vegans increases every year and people are putting their ego aside for the animals and for the environment. All nutrients from the animals are from nature in the beginning, you can say that they are just a middleman, a real environmental hazard. The meat is also one of the biggest causes for diabetes and heart and vascular diseases.
When it comes to healthier food it's good to be open minded and try out new flavors and dishes and find out what works for you and your choices of healthy food. Cook easier dishes at first to become motivated for success, and have patience. Everybody begins somewhere.

1. Put raspberry, blueberry and a some slices of a banana in a deep plate
2. put some raisins and a little bit of grated cocos
3. then cook some oatmeal ( it takes about 3 minutes) and pour into the plate
4. finnish with cinnamon and pour over some oat milk
Really tasty and really healthy.

2. add a tea spoon cooking oil and a teaspoon with vinegar, salt and pepper
3. fry vegan filets or put them in the oven
4. and if you want a little wetter dish you could buy some vegan mayonnaise or creme, add some garlic and cucumber.
Now you have a dish that you guarantee will enjoy every chew of and that's healthy for you. Dishes work fine without any gravy.

You are a host to this complex and wonderful machine and have a duty to cooperate with it.eMany of the nutrients and minerals we need our body can't create by itself and therefore it needs your help to consume them. Everything you put in your mouth will go through your heart and that little cutie is working for you twenty four seven in your whole life, help your little buddy.
