Advance Praise for Lady Bits
Brianne has a gift for understanding the female body and explaining it in a kind and easy to understand way. Lady Bits provides practical steps to help improve female health with a very important focus on the fact that we, as women, are not flawed or weak and that there are solutions to these struggles.

"As you read Lady Bits you can feel Briannes desire to inform and to educate women. Not only does she want you to understand and connect with your body, but she wants you to celebrate it. I couldnt help but be filled with this great pride to be a woman and to feel empowered to have such an amazing vessel carrying me through my ever-changing years!"

Right in line with my own work, Brianne talks about subjects that are typically considered taboo. She's not afraid to go there, and yet she does so in a compassionate, friendly way that invites you to learn more. Lady Bits is a holistic and comprehensive approach to healthy living that's fun to read, perfect for women of all ages.

Lady Bits is a gentle blend of yin and yang energy that exudes FEMININITY and HONORING oneself. Brianne is a genius when it comes to delivering information in a way that is not only impactful, but fun to read with a sprinkling of sexy kind of like the author herself.

"The openness and the love! That is what Brianne pours out onto the page, and she does it brilliantly while laying out the psychology for tapping into your deepest sexual intimacy (and so much more)."

The information in Lady Bits is powerful. Brianne is honest and candid, and her book brings to light a host of issues that women commonly face but rarely discuss. I wish I had read Lady Bits before I got my first period Before I got married, had kids, and started exercising like crazy to beat my body back into submission. I wish Id known then what I know now!

"Finally someone has gotten it right! Lady Bits contains all the information you need to deal with common womens issues AND provides details about how to cope. Never has anyone put such a comprehensive yet approachable book together about women's health. I will be giving this book to ALL of my girlfriends and will be recommending it to my clients, as well."
Amy, Registered Nurse
Lady Bits provides a lucid how-to for women, and Brianne has a knack for explaining things in understandable terms. It is great to know that something non-surgical can be done to help women with issues like incontinence. It also helps to know that fitness is so connected to all of these issues. I am sure many women (including myself) don't even think about this link.

Dedication
To my husband, who has tolerated my favorite form of entertainment thousands of hours of reading and listening to health and wellness books, audiobooks, podcasts, and videos and endured countless midnight illuminations for me to scrawl notes and capture random musings for this very book. Thank you for loving me for who I am. You are my best friend, my rock, and my biggest fan. Without you, I would not have had the opportunity to continue my FemFusion journey. I love you more than words can express.
To my mom, a radiant example of healthy aging. Thank you for being my first teacher, my first best friend, and my eternal role model. I know well never discuss the parts of this book that make you (and me!) blush, but I also know that you love and accept my creativity, my passions, and the woman Ive become.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
INTRODUCTION
Body shame is pervasive in society today. I have a friend who refers to her yearly pelvic exam as her annual humiliation, and Ive known several women who will only make love in the dark. We not only judge ourselves (and others) by physical appearance, we also compare our bodys physiological functions and abilities to other womens and become discouraged as if we have somehow failed when we dont measure up or operate the way we think we should. We envy, we fret, we push, and we try to morph and change, but until we understand and love ourselves from the inside out, we will remain stuck, stagnant, or worse disillusioned and/or ill.
A glance at the cover and title of this book might lead you to the conclusion that we are going to discuss sparking things up in the bedroom, but thats only part of the story. Lady Bits is a comprehensive resource to help you learn how to understand, care for, and love your unique female body. Lady Bits is more than information its a complete lifestyle program with tools that any woman can use in her own daily life. The program culminates in a 14-Day Action Guide that incorporates three steps for better sex, but first and foremost, Lady Bits informs and empowers you to get intimate with your ultimate partner in life: YOU.
I want you to turn the final page knowing that radiant health isnt a particular weight or size, or a certain look or style; rather, its an attitude and a way of living. Why? Because the more you get to know your body and the better you take care of yourself, the more comfortable and secure youll be as a lover, mother, partner, and friend.
I have spent countless hours researching spirituality, fitness, nutrition, and womens health, and now Im thrilled to put the pieces together for you. East meets west, strong pelvic floor meets sexy flat abs, chakra balance meets hormonal balance, meditation meets sexual positions, were going to cover it all in a way that will leave you feeling energized and excited, like you just had a great conversation with your best girlfriend. My hope is that youll laugh (and maybe even cry), nod your head in agreement, and praise God that someone understands you.
