This book is dedicated to all those people who suffer from the plethora of chemicals that exist in our society today. If this book helps you to better understand what causes you harm, then this book is a success.
For children entering our society, some of the effects of the chemicals we digest, breathe, and put on our bodies will not be known for many years. If this book helps them avoid some of the problems with chemicals and their effects on the body, then this book will serve its purpose.
I want to thank all the people who deliberately or inadvertently gave me clues to the problems they were having. They allowed me to treat them for the chemicals that had affected them.
And special thanks to my wonderful husband who supported my long hours writing and completing this book.

REVIEWS OF DAILY DOSE OF TOXINS
Dr. Marilyn Chernoffs book Daily Dose of Toxins is a much-needed addition to everyones bookshelf. We are exposed to a multitude of toxins that adversely affect our immune systems. Dr. Chernoff describes the various toxins and how we can avoid them. Chronic illnesses including cancer, heart disease and autoimmune disorders are occurring at epidemic rates. My clinical experience has shown, beyond a doubt, that exposure to toxic items play a large part in etiology of these illnesses. Dr. Chernoff gives a specific treatment plan, NAET, which helps ones body overcome these toxic items. I believe Dr. Chernoffs treatment plan is ahead of its time. This book is a must-read for all interested in improving their health. I highly recommend this book to not only those suffering from chronic illness but also to practitioners treating chronic illness.

Daily Dose of Toxins is an extensive reference on the source of and symptoms caused by a large number of toxins. It will help energy practitioners understand the broad area of environmental toxicology and help them focus their testing therapies so people can more healthfully live in the chemical soup of our modern society.

Toxic environmental pollution is rampant in our society today and the most frequent reason for the onset of chronic degenerative diseases. Since it is virtually impossible to avoid exposure, this book will help to educate and alert us to the symptoms and sources. Congratulations to Dr. Chernoff for her dedication to this important subject. She realized that so many so-called diseases could be traced back to toxic pollution and set out to compile this book to help us to maintain or regain our health in a toxic environment.
Arianne Koven, Traditional Naturopath
Daily Dose of Toxins is timely, concise and practical for healers of all types and the public. Everyone has to be concerned about the welfare of their children, as well as for themselves. This succinct common-sense book accurately describes many aspects related to chemical exposures of which most people are not aware. Too many people have no idea what types of symptoms can be caused by chemicals and many health professionals have not been exposed to this type of illness in their continuing medical education programs. This combination is exceedingly bad because the illness is simply not recognized for what it is. Others have heard about chemical sensitivities but continue to keep their heads in the sand because they dont believe or want to think about what is happening. Better to adopt an empowering approach to handle the challenging situation of harmful effects from toxins. We must all begin to learn how, what, when, where and why so many poisons are confronting and hurting us. The Tables in the latter half of Dr. Chernoffs book are essential to help identify specific chemicals and associated symptoms. The therapies suggested in this book reflect beyond the usual approaches, some definitely being cutting edge. Vibrational energy healing is a reality, which should provide more definitive answers.

FOREWORD
by
Dr. Devi S. Nambudripad
All good words travel fast and spread the good news. I am glad to see that is what has been happening to NAET in recent years; its beneficiaries, practitioners, proponents, advocates, and the public at large who all want to simply help people and minimize worldwide sufferings. By writing this book, Daily Dose of Toxins, Dr. Marilyn Chernoff has made a bold attempt to help all of us to live better through chemistry and has also made it possible to avoid all illnesses arising from chemical toxins.
Without question, lately, many undiagnosed, puzzling illnesses are appearing among unsuspecting patients worldwide. The actual fact is that there are hardly any human diseases or conditions in which chemical or environmental sensitivities are not involved either directly or indirectly. Potentially, you can be sensitive to anything you come in contact with. If you begin to check people around you-even so-called healthy people-you will find hidden chemical and environmental sensitivities as a causative factor in almost all health problems.
