Concerned Women for America has been a strong voice for biblical values for many years now. In this engaging new book, Penny Young Nance gives a rallying cry for women everywhere to make their voices heard and impact the world around them on the issues that matter most.
JIM DALY, President, Focus on the Family
This excellent book is for all women who want to stand up and be counted. Penny Nance has handled most of the controversial issues with dignity and honesty. As you read this thought-provoking book, you will find many ways to express your convictions as a Christian conservative woman. I heartily recommend this book for women who want to make a difference.
DR. BEVERLY LAHAYE, Chairman, Concerned
Women for America
Penny Nance is a fearless culture warrior who takes opponents apart and shreds their shallow left-wing nonsense for the drivel it is. And she does it with a smile that belies her toughness. Penny proves that a conservative woman can be intellectually and spiritually prepared for anyone or anythinganytime. Youll love her book, Feisty and Feminine, and will realize why liberals dont want to be on the stage with her. They dont like losing!
MIKE HUCKABEE, Governor of Arkansas,

Pennys book is conversational and fun, yet deep and insightful. She is a masterful (and very feisty and feminine!) ally in our work to build a culture of life. Feisty and Feminine communicates a timely and necessary message for women today who are seeking real truth and fulfillment.
JEANNE MANCINI, President, March for Life
Feisty and Feminine is an inspiring look at how a woman can be a conservative Christian while still being a powerful advocate for the rights of women and all other people. It is easy to read and very informative.

Penny Nance is one of todays boldest and most outspoken conservative women of faith. In this book, Penny exposes who is really waging the war on women, and its not who you've been led to think it is. More feisty and informed women are exactly what our country needs.
WILLIAM J. BENNETT, former secretary of
education; host of the nationally syndicated
talk show Morning in America
Ive known Penny Nance for twenty years, and I absolutely love her passion for Christ, her passion to advance freedom and opportunity for all Americans, and her passion to educate and empower a new generation of conservative women to help get America back on the right track. Shes a rare voice in Washingtoncourageous and classy. May her tribe increase!
JOEL C. ROSENBERG, New York Times
bestselling author, Implosion: Can America
Recover from Its Economic and Spiritual
Challenges in Time?
My friend Penny offers answers to any conservative, pro-life woman who has ever had an uncomfortable encounter over religion and politics with a friend or neighbor at a PTA meeting or childs soccer game. Pennys prayerful, practical advice disarms liberal opponents, fosters thoughtful conversation, and inspires women to lead in their families and communities. Feisty and Feminine is a hopeful and pragmatic response to the most difficult, hot-button issues facing our culture.
MARJORIE DANNENFELSER, President,
Susan B. Anthony List
Women are right to be concerned about the state of America and their families. Feminism has failed them. The good news is that women have a fearless champion in Penny Nance, who is proving every day that feisty and feminine is a winning combination!
GARY L. BAUER, President, American Values;
Former Chief Domestic Policy Advisor to
President Reagan

I had forgotten what it feels like. For the past several years, I have been fortunate to be surrounded by likeminded people in my job, church, and social life. By likeminded I mean thinking, compassionate, conservative people of faith. Because of my support for Israel and religious freedom, I have some less conservative friends and some friends of different faiths, but true political liberals have been out of my orbit except as opponents on TV debate segments. And the secret of those debate segments is that we are professionals and know better than to take things personally. It hasnt always been the case, but over the last five years, my life has been protected and insular.
Boy, did I get a wakeup call when I attended my husband Wills annual work-related holiday party this past year. Its a long drive from our house, but we faithfully dress up and attend every year in order to spend time with some nice people and their spouses, same-sex partners, or significant others. The hosts work hard and always create a beautiful party. This crowd of about one hundred is typically made up of smart, successful people with a variety of religious and political perspectives. Like every other spouse at an office function, I try not to be insensitive. In fact, I try not to stand out at all. But lets face it: conservative women bother some liberals just by breathing, so I dont always succeed.
