Ive been training people on YouTube since 2006. With over 120 million lifetime views, Im proud to have helped inspire and change many lives. I started making videos because I wanted people to have free access to good workouts that would help them lose weight and get healthy. I wanted to spread the truth that exercise is a cheaper alternative to many medications. My goal was to create something that I once needed. I wanted to pay it forward.

Im not naturally skinny. I love to work out, but I also have a life and love to eat. I love dessert, cocktails and nachos. After a few too many late-night pizzas in college, I started to read most of the diet books that were out at the time, but the recipes had too many ingredients and were too time consuming and expensive! The workouts usually seemed to be geared toward beginners or people who had much more weight to lose than I did, and they were always limited in terms of where I could do them. I needed a resource that had workouts I could do in my dorm room, at the gym or outside depending on my schedule and mood.

I wanted to create a book that solved all these dilemmas, but I also wanted to create a program that you would want to follow, that you would read and think, I can lose weight without sacrificing my social life? I can lose weight without hiring a personal trainer? My methods are simple, easy to remember and affordable when it comes to getting back the body you feel proud to show off.

I wrote this book for the women out there like me who had a coach or parent dictating their workouts and meals up until or through college. Or perhaps you never played sports in school but were always naturally skinny and, all of sudden, in your twenties or thirties youve noticed your body has slowly begun to put on weight. As we get older our metabolisms slow down and we have more social opportunities that involve lots of empty calories. Studies have shown that when you move in with a boyfriend or become a newlywed, you are likely to gain weight. And if you have a desk job with long hours, the odds are stacking up against you. It seems that we are doomed, but I am here to tell you that we are not.

I want you to feel sexy and confident again. Im going to show you my favorite moves that will sculpt and lift your cute little butt. Im going to teach you the sweaty interval workouts I love that helped me melt five pounds of fat off my body while traveling for work in Hawaii. Ill list for you the ingredients to keep on hand so you can make nutritious, simple and delicious meals.

I didnt earn over 100,000 YouTube subscribers overnight. It took deliberate effort and hard work. Similarly, losing weight doesnt happen by accident. Viewers noticed changes in their own bodies after following my videos and kept coming back for more. Now Im sharing my plan with you so you dont have to watch another YouTube video ad while waiting for the good stuff!

Whether you are in college, a new graduate or a seasoned working woman, this book is going to show you what its like to get in shape, lose the unwanted weight, boost your confidence and feel healthy!
