On March 27th, 2008, Norman Lowell was convicted on three counts of inciting racial hatred and one count of insulting the Presidentconvictions that together brought a two-year prison sentence suspended for four years, and more importantly, the inability to run in the 2009 elections for the European Parliament. Subsequently, the initial appeal to these charges was found to be null on October 15th, 2008 (with the judge upholding the previous courts ruling based, not on any legal construct, but on a mere legal technicality). These nefarious charges were brought to bear on Norman for a written piece he posted on the internet almost half a decade ago, and for two speeches he gave in Malta at two separate indoor meetings in April/May 2006.

Of course, Maltese authorities could not show, let alone prove, that Norman had incited racial hatred; after all, there would have to be at least one criminal act committed on Normans behest. No crime of incitement has ever taken place in Malta. It has always been obvious that Normans real crime was simply defending his beloved Malta and the rest of Europe against a tidal onslaught of economic refugees from the Dark Continent. A long, drawn-out assault that will make, in time, the Norman invasion of Britain pale in comparison. The added conviction for insulting the President, whom Norman called a good gardener, but a lousy President, almost isnt worth mentioning, except for the fact that its an actual law in a so-called modern European coun try, and people are selectively being persecuted with it.

Before this great mockery of Western jurisprudence began, I had the honour and pleasure of first meeting Norman Lowell on the beautiful island of Malta during his initial run for the European Parliament in 2004. I was invited to come meet Norman and friends and get acquainted with Normans movement. I knew nothing about Malta, except for its location (and even that I had to double-check). After almost a week on the island, I had a whole new life-changing perspective. The island is truly a gem in the Mediterranean: well-preserved fortresses and barracks from the days of the great Knights of St. John, the Neolithic solar stone monuments such as the Hypogeum; a hearty people who are simple yet patriotic, kind and curious about the worldand what splendid nature near the Victoria Lines at the sacred spot! It is truly a sacred island, a treasure out at sea. However, there was a darker side (literally!) to the island; I could see the devastating effects of over-development (empty concrete skeletons dotting the roadsides), trash spread around the streets due to an obviously selfish man-centred creed. And of course, how could I forget: hordes of out-of-place blacks and Arabs who motored across the Mediterranean Sea on their invasion path to ancient European homelands.

As I walked around town with Norman, getting a locals tour, I was both amazed at his popularity (honks, waves, and shouts of support were plenty), and shocked at the number of people who said they agreed with him entirely and would vote for him with their second or third preference vote. Second or third! When I asked some young patriotic Maltese why not first, they replied, My family would kill me. We must vote for the MLP with our firsts. Here it was, Maltas entire future at stakein the hands of voters who agreed, but were too cowardly to vote because sour family tradition dictated that voting for back-stabbing criminals and traitors came first. After all, one couldnt have the back-stabbing criminals and traitors in the other party getting into power!

Despite these setbacks, there was also hope. The people surrounding Norman are some of the finest people Ive ever met. Intelligent, beautiful, dedicated men and women who really care about their island country, Europe, and the entire Europid race. Even after election defeat, their heads always stayed high, and they vowed to continue their fight. Wavering has never been an option, not with what is at stake. With people like that in the fight, victory is only a matter of time . Their love and determination is exemplified by the fact that this little island is the focal point of Normans big IDEA .

New Right purists promote pan-European cooperation (coalition of countries; Europe of one hundred flags), and Eurasianists promote a Moscow-Berlin-Paris axis (these three capitals being their respective leading lights for Europe); it is somewhat unfortunate, however, that these two schools are still stuck in the destructive, 19th-century orientated idea of Nationalism which has led to disastrous consequences for the Europid race (with World War II being the final stanza of death). Only an emerging few are now promoting the progressive, race-saving ideology of pan-Europeanism. Aryan Futurism, as one of Europes mightiest sons, the late Alisdair Clarke, called it: Norman Lowell gives it the name Imperium Europa.

What then is this idea of Imperium Europa? This book among other things will answer that very question, and the subsidiary questions it inevitably carries with it. How this vast Empire, in which primacy of the Europid race and its survival takes all precedent, will function. What role economics, art and morality will play in daily life. How an anything-goes attitude will be encouraged in order to spur the development of individuality, creativity and innovation. How, as in ancient Sparta, the martial spirit of vitality and life-affirmation will rule. How reaching for the stars will no longer be a catchy maxim, but a life philosophy drilled into the young from an early age.

This book is Normans view on all the above and more. The reader will also be treated to two very different kinds of prefaces. One by the respected Croatian author Dr. Tomislav Sunic, a former university professor of political studies and diplomacy and reigning Croatian diplomat; the other, by controversial German essayist and poet, Constantin von Hoffmeister, whose incendiary writings and provocative thoughts have enraged thinkers and activists on the left, right, middle, and everywhere in between on the political spectrum.
