I have been immersed in both the biohacking and wellness space and the competitive athletic space for over 20 years and have seen just about everything when it comes to exercise and athletic performance and recovery. I have competed in more Ironman events than I care to remember, finished dozens of Spartan races, trained many elite athletes, and have helped thousands of people around the world achieve their goals and improve their life. A big reason why I am motivated each day is to help improve the health of others through coaching, podcasting, speaking and being a role model.
