The task of our Girls League is to raise our girls as torch bearers of the national-socialist world. We need girls who are at harmony between their bodies, souls, and spirits. In addition, we need girls who, through healthy bodies and balanced minds, embody the beauty of divine creation. We want to raise girls who believe in Germany and our leader, and who will pass these beliefs on to their future children.

Mdel Gruppe the smallest of the regional grouping was the Girls Group (or Jungmdel Group) in the town or village. Each of these groups included four troops or around 160 members total.
Mdel Gruppe Fhrerin Girls Group Leader
Mdel Ring literally means the girls circle or young girls circle. This small regional grouping was made up of four to six girl groups for the Jungmdel (Jungmdel Ring) or three to five girl groups of the BDM, and included between 600 and 800 members. Please note that when the word circle is used in German, it is used in German translations referring to regions. It should be thought of a township with a larger central town with the outlying smaller towns and villages around it.
