BRONWYN SELL is an award-winning journalist, a freelance writer and a bestselling author. Her previous books include Lawbreakers and Mischief Makers: 50 notorious New Zealanders, and Kiwi Heroes: 50 courageous New Zealanders, both published by Allen & Unwin. She has worked in the media for twenty years, and is a regular contributor to The New Zealand Herald. CHRISTINE SHEEHY is a freelance writer and author, whose work has featured in The Guardian (UK), The Listener, The New Zealand Herald, Canvas, New Zealand House & Garden and The School Magazine (NSW). A former lawyer, Christine spent several years advising journalists at the BBC in London on the finer points of media law before turning her pen to more creative pursuits. In 2012, she was shortlisted for the Storylines Joy Cowley Award. Christine and Bronwyn both write from their respective homes in seaside villages north of Auckland.
