to see them.

North America

The Grand Canyon is in

Arizona. It is very wide

and deep.

Mexico is an old, old

country. You will find some

old buildings there, too.

South America

The Amazon River is

in Brazil. It carries more

water than any other river

in the world.

The Amazon rain forest

grows around the river.

Many unusual plants and

animals live there.

Pyramids can be found in

Egypt, a country in Africa.

Long ago, mummies were

buried in pyramids.

There is also lush, green

land in Africa. You can go

on a safari there and see

wild animals.

The Taj Mahal is a

building in India. Long ago,

a man built it so people

would remember his wife.

In China, you can find the

worlds longest building.

It is called the Great Wall

of China. A king built it to

keep out his enemies.

The Eiffel Tower is a tall

building in France. You can

over the city.
