Shauneille Smith is a Business Strategist with over 17 years of experience in building relationships while connecting and locating quality resources. Her experiences have enabled her effectively to implement programs and improvements from a diverse perspective. Shauneille targets attainable, measurable and sustainable results. Her diverse portfolio includes emergency management, education, healthcare and manufacturing. Her plethora of skills has been publicly recognized for creating awareness and providing effective business solutions.
In 2014, Shauneille established a non-profit Inspirational Self-Sufficiency Training Center (IS2TC.org). IS2TCs goal is to ensure community members and businesses understand all the components necessary to make choices required for effectively and maintaining long-term sustainability.
In 2008, Shauneilles creative intellectual property was captured in Duke Universitys National Science Foundation, Pratt School of Engineering Department of Biomedical Engineering for the creation of her sensory station. The sensory station aided blind & deaf students in sharpening their sense of hearing and/or seeing, focus on manipulation within the station and remain engaged within the classroom setting.
She also mitigated the recovery process for the re-development of communities affected by several Hurricanes in North Carolina, Florida and Puerto Rico. She has a unique ability in applying practical wisdom to business and community systems.
Shauneille has a very diverse background, which includes but is not limited to modeling, an honorable mention in the newspaper, The Herald News for acting in the play The Love Search and an independent film The Lost Flight.

The Negotiation
A ccording to dictionary.com, the term negotiation means mutual discussion and arrangement of the terms of a transaction or agreement ("Negotiation", 2020). Have you ever been in the process to make a purchase and asked, " Is this the best price you can offer me?"
Can I get a hook up?
Do you know what the "hook me up" mentality represents? The request for a "hook me up," says to the business, "I dont want to pay your price. I want you to do it for free or at a discounted rate." Often, this behavior is viewed as a scarcity mindset. I want the success, but I am not willing to pay the price associated with success.
Hook ups take away time from much needed rest, family or a customer who is willing to pay your price. This generally is on the business owners time or when it is convenient for the person who is rendering the service.
A person seeking free service is very likely to miss their deadline. Paying for a service positions the payee to be in control. You are hiring someone to provide a service for you. Therefore, communication is vital to ensure that the business deal runs smoothly.
