CEOs, what do you care about? Profit and the bottom line. If you want a double bottom line with highly-engaged employees who will carry out the mission and vision of your company and be profitable, youd better talk to Michelle, because she will rock your world!
Employee disengagement rate in companies is 70 percent. Seven out of ten employees are not engaged in the work your organization is paying them to do, costing employers $3,400 for every $10,000 in annual salary per year.
Michelle Hoffmann is the Engagement Whisperer, freeing up leaders to lead the way they intended to, rather than being busy with the minutia. She creates corporate cultures to help your employees feel supported, motivated, and action-oriented.
James Jacobi, founder of Profit Accelerator and author of Radical Integrity
Michelle Hoffmann has demonstrated her ability to be more than the lighthouse guiding management teams through change to meet corporate goals. She helped guide a layoff strategy and rebuilt the business across the country that went so smoothly customers didnt notice there was a transition. She created the showroom model department through which she spring-boarded employee after employees career to grow within the company, creating a loyal employee base with depth of company knowledge and experience.
Michelle also designed the blueprint to consistently achieve revenue goals. Businesses will benefit from Michelle Hoffmanns exceptional leadership and innovation providing practical and actionable guidance to grow talent, teams, and valuable corporate results. Michelle Hoffmann is a pure gift.

Educator, inspiration, and authentic! Three important and accurate words that describe Michelle Hoffmann. As a leader, she is engaged and highly invested in her team and clients. I was lucky enough to work with Michelle, and many years later, I still draw on that experience.
With her book The New Management Blueprint , Michelle shares her vast leadership knowledge that everyone can benefit from. Onboarding as a manager is tough, and this book provides the road map in preparation for all the nuances and situations that you will at some point encounter. Bravo!
Wendy Haston, senior recruiter
Michelle Brosler Hoffmann was the first professional leader I gained valuable experience serving under. Her leadership abilities and knowledge are inspiring and contagious. As an educational administrator in a leadership role I continue to implement those strategies and skills found in The New Management Blueprint . I think it would be a valuable resource for collegiate undergrad and grad leadership courses, as well as leadership programs in the business sector.
Brian Mayger M.Ed
Michelle, since we both worked for the same company, though in different departments, I could only observe your management style from afar. I heard employee after employee praise you for various things you did, how you respected differing opinions and styles, and how you made everyone feel important to the team. In my department, I.T., I had some of the best and worst managers of my life, and after reading this manual, it was easy to see the qualities in the best manager Ive ever had its like she read your manual years before you wrote it. I had to deal with being a woman in I.T. (one strike) and a black woman in I.T. (two strikes), which often left me being on the defensive, usually with an insecure white, male boss who felt that management by intimidation was the way to go. Everything they could have done to empower me, our team, was dismissed. They projected fear because inside, they were truly terrified. And then comes your manual. Amanda was clearly intimidated, overwhelmed, doubted herself, but rather than reveling in the fear, she reached out, asked for help and not only found her voice but found the best way to inspire her team. Every manager Ive ever had who did this created an incredible team where we enjoyed working with one another and were happy to go above and beyond what was called for, to help the company.
What you have here is the secret to success for any manager who knows he or she can do better, but doesnt know where to start. Oh, how Id love to send this book to all those awful managers Ive had along the way. This book is perfection. Real-life examples, written in a way anyone can understand, and youve spelled out the true benefits of teams, where each member is an integral part, respected, inspired, acknowledged, or just content to be a support person. I saw what you did for the company for which we worked, and Im sure anyone who follows this blueprint can thrive and succeed, as well. You are such a great writer, the way you have organized your thoughts and presented them in a way that connects with the reader is exceptional. Bravo, my friend. Bravo. Thanks for trusting me to review The New Management Blueprint . I loved it.
Lisa Lee, I.T. manager, StayWell/MediMedia
Michelle Hoffmann, your number one rule to Show Up! is vital. It extends beyond the workplace. I implement it in the workplace and it is brilliant, but its even valuable with my kids! I tell them, To be successful in high school, show up . Do your homework. Ask a question in class and youll get a B. The number one response I get back is, You dont understand. Your advice again was perfection, You are right. I cannot possibly understand. It is your job to explain to me.
Peter Howe, Senior Director of Operations, The RepTrak Company
Michelle Hoffmann inspires and coaches leaders to step into management roles confidently and nourish themselves and their career, all while creating winning teams with sound decisions.
