About the Authors

Malay A. Upadhyaybrings an AI and branding lens to customer journeys. He is the Chief Customer Experience Officer at SalesChoice, a Duke of Edinburgh awardee, and author of the AI Management series with BPB Publications, Asias largest publisher of IT books. Recognized as one of the top 10 pioneering business leaders of 2021 by Mirror Review, Malay has served as a consultant and marketer in multiple industries globally, including F&B in Dubai, hospitality in India and logistics in Canada, to name a few. He has also created online courses on AI and customer journeys, served on the Board of the AI Directory, contributed to the European AI Alliance which guided the European Commissions AI policy framing, and is an Advisory Council member of the George Washington Universitys Customer Experience certificate program. Malay holds an MBA from Queens University in Canada, an M.Sc. in Marketing Management from Bocconi University in Milan and a Bachelor in Engineering from Manipal University in India, in addition to certificates in Consumer Neuroscience and Machine Learning.

Pooja Chitnisis a Google Certified Digital Marketing Specialist and Rocheston Distinguished Service Provider Awardee. She is a brand and marketing strategist who has helped brands from various industries - tourism, hospitality, real estate, fashion, and now technology - connect with and grow their target market by creating a credible brand image. Recognized as one of 20 Amazing Women in Tech in Canada by the Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance, she has also played the role of an expert advisor on #StartupChats powered by Startup Canada, Board Secretary of the national Sara Kirke Caucus, and a mentor at Skills for Change. She holds an MBA, Post-Graduation in Marketing and Operations, and a degree in International Business Management. She is also certified in Artificial Intelligence Management, Consumer Neuroscience, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Viral Marketing.
