My thoughts constantly referred me to situations where I was more anxious and stressed.

Block the sources of the negative
I n our life, there are many sources of negativity that blocks us to find joy and happiness .

Our environment can be a source of negativity because of conflict or a poorly managed problem that can make us mull over many days and be a source of negativity .
Since I try to better manage my personal problems, I'm sparing myself a lot of stress and negativity in my life.
I try to heal a conflict as soon as possible to get rid of all the tensions and frustrations and calm down my negative thoughts.
To make good habits :
At each end of the evening before sleeping I remember 5 pleasant moments of the past day to have a good sleep and not to sleep with negative thoughts.
Introspection : Every weekend, I note in a small notebook my progress against my anxieties, my stress and my depression.
If I do not see any change or regression I note the main exercise to make me feel better for the coming week.
Media Diet : By practicing the media diet you will be chasing a great deal of negativity from your mind.
Channels and news sites or newspapers are harping on us all day long sad and distressing news.
All these sources of dark and negative information affect our mood and we must cut short this source of stress .
