Doug Strycharczyk
Doug is CEO for AQR International, now recognized as one of the most innovative test publishers in the world. Doug has a background in organizational development (OD) and people development with global blue chip organizations. AQR publishes very accessible, reliable and valid measures and development programmes for mental toughness, leadership, personality and team working. The focus of AQRs and Dougs activity is on improving performance, well being and positive behaviours.
Working closely with Professor Peter Clough, he is recognized as a leading authority on the application of mental toughness in just about every sector of society and the economy. He is in demand as a speaker at conferences and seminars all over the world.
He has authored Developing Mental Toughness (Kogan Page, 2012) with Professor Clough and co-authored a chapter in Coaching in Education (Karnac, 2011).

Murray Clark
Murray is Principal Lecturer in Organization Theory and Research Methodology and the leader of the DBA programme at Sheffield Business School, Sheffield Hallam University. Prior to his academic career, after completing a PhD in Organizational Behaviour at Manchester Business School he was a manager for British Coal and is a qualified mining engineer. He is co-editor of Business and Management Research Methodologies (Sage Library in Business and Management, 2006), a co-contributor to Research Methods for Managers (Sage, 2010) and co-author of The Dilemmas of Leadership (Routledge, 2006). Professor Peter Clough
Peter is the Chair in Applied Psychology at the Manchester Metropolitan University. Formerly Head of Psychology, Associate Dean (Learning and Teaching) and Reader at the University of Hull, Peter is both a Chartered Sport Psychologist and a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. He is mainly focused on the application of psychology to performance enhancement. More specifically, he researches the area of mental toughness. Richard Cresswell
Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management. His employment history includes working in the NHS as a nurse, a clinical manager and vocational training manager. Upon leaving the NHS he became a sole trader delivering environmental, quality and health and safety consultancy. In 2001 he co-founded Learning For Business Ltd. Rob Noble
Rob is Chief Executive of The Leadership Trust Foundation. He joined the organization in February 2011, after a period with Goldman Sachs in London running equity operations teams.
