Cynthia D.Scott, Ph.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Scott is a consultant to a broad variety of organizations in the United States and abroad. To serve her clients, she draws on a wealth of experience spanning more than fifteen years as a consultant. Her areas of expertise include organizational effectiveness, management development, CEO coach-ing, senior team development, and the strategic planning and implementation of organizational change. She is recognized nationally for developing innovative human resource strategies and culturally transformative approaches to achieving desired business results during transition.

Dr. Scott works extensively with organizations planning and implementing mergers, restructuring, downsizings, and other transitions. She works with executive teams to create strategy and leadership alignment. She has designed and coached the implementation of organizational redesign and cultural transformation processes.

Her clients include Atlas Services, Benjamin Moore, Charles Schwabe, Kaiser Permanente, AT&T, New England Telephone, the Internal Revenue Service, ITT Hartford, Union Bank, Deloitte & Touche, Este Lauder, National Semiconductor, IBM, and other organizations in financial, health care, high technology, and government sectors.

She is a frequent keynote speaker at national conferences addressing the topics of: Visionary Leadership, Engaging Change, and Women as Leaders. Reports of her work have been featured in publications such as The Wall Street Journal and the Stanford Business School Newsletter.
