After years of research combined with trial and error the distinguishing factors of modern life which trigger our genetic predisposition for hair loss have been boiled down and compiled in our book. The key is that simple changes can make a huge difference and the results are evident within months or even weeks.

Introduction

The conventional medical dogma says that male pattern baldness is a genetic condition and there is not much you can do to alter it -- but I don't believe that for a moment. While it is clear genetics are involved, the expression of your genetic predisposition (in other words, whether or not you actually lose your hair) is largely environmentally induced. Dr Joseph Mercola of Mercola.com

Its been a long ignored fact that androgenic alopecia aka male pattern baldness rarely, if ever, appears in indigenous people who havent yet been exposed to the technology and influence of the West. Even into their old age, from aboriginals to eskimos, most of the men still have full, thick heads of hair.

Whats even more interesting, and is in complete contradiction to conventional medical dogma is that when these indigenous people leave their homes and move to more developed areas, or their homelands become more developed (technologically and logistically) the baldness gene starts to manifest itself.

This phenomenon is particularly evident in some of the rapidly developing Asian countries like China and Indonesia, where male pattern baldne ss is becoming increasingly common, more severe and from an earlier age, along with other associated problems such as poor jaw and teeth formation. Problems that, 30 years ago, were very rare.

So what is going on here? What is the environmentally induced factor that Dr. Mercola believes is the biggest cause of hair loss. What are the critical changes that development and technology bring to a population that can trigger the onset of androgenic alopecia?

The media and the drug companies love to ignore the fact that hair loss is caused primarily by environmental factors and instead place the blame squarely on the shoulders of genetics. This absolves the patient of all responsibility and practically forces them into a live with it, or treat it with drugs situation. The real solution to the problem consequently remains largely unknown by the vast majority of the population. Of course, we all know by now that its far more profitable to sell patented drugs to the population that to fix the underlying problem with some simple lifestyle changes.

The statistics reveal the truth about hair loss

In America, where rates of hair loss among men are highest, the rates of obesity, diabetes, heart disease and cancer are also highest. In countries with low incidences of diabetes and other modern diseases there are very few cases of male pattern baldness.

In Japan before WWII there was almost no baldness amongst men, but after the war cases become more and more common. It wasnt that the gene pool had changed; it was the lifestyle (more about this in the Genetic Food Matching chapter.) The conventional medical dogma fails to explain and offer a solution to the increased severity, younger age of hair loss sufferers and growing percentage of men who lose their hair. But all this makes much more sense from the ideas presented here.

Clever marketing distracts us from the real solution

Our culture is intertwined with pervasive corporate interests that are directly aligned with their self-serving profit motives. Dr Mercola

Thats one way of saying, its better if you dont know about the real natural solution because our illnesses make some companies a lot of money. This doesnt make the companies bad but their very sophisticated marketing directs us to look for solutions in all the wrong places and we can blame the product, and not ourselves when it doesnt work out.

Why learn whats in this book?

For me, I hated losing my hair because I thought it looked unhealthy and unattractive. I had a secret fear that my friends would make fun of me and I wouldnt be able to attract the kind of women I wanted because I was going bald. Hair loss was something much older men suffered from, I thought, and to me it represented premature aging, and someone who was lacking youth and vitality.

If you dont learn and take action on what I am about to tell you in this book your hair loss will continue, and you will look like youre getting older much faster and it might appear unhealthy. Your remaining hair will fall out much quicker. It may look unattractive to women, and photos of you with thinning hair and a receding hair line might be embarrassing. In addition to this, your hair loss is a symptom that something is not quite right in your body. Your hair loss is telling you, you could have a problem. It could be nutrient deficiency, toxin accumulation, hormonal imbalance, inflammation or insulin resistance which could lead to more serious health problems down the line. You can try to counteract the symptoms with powerful drugs but in the long term they will speed up the aging process like any synthetic drug does. In the mean-time they could cause some scary side-effects like decreased libido, impotence, decreased ejaculatory volume and so on.

On the other hand, if you do learn and take action on exactly what Ive set out in this book your hair with stop falling out. Your hair will be thick, strong, glossy and saturated with colour. Much less scalp will be visible in the mirror and in pictures. You will look younger and healthier; you will have the confidence to attract and keep the woman you want. In addition to this you will get vitality and energy you didnt even know you could have outside of your youth. Your skin will become bright and radiant. You will quickly reach your ideal weight. You will drastically reduce the chances of chronic disease, obesity, cancer and the myriad of modern ailments that most of the population suffer from. Mood swings, depression and brain fog will become a thing of the past. Your libido, sex drive and ejaculatory volume will all increase dramatically.

Take action and I guarantee you will see amazing results, far outside what conventional mainstream medicine thought possible.

I like the motto of progress, not perfection because with this system you can make a lot of progress with a few simple changes, but perfecting all the action steps will take much more work. Remember, do your best, and forget the rest, and youll still see great results.

Chapter 1: Genetic Food Matching

Flip through pictures of indigenous peoples and you might notice something curious. In the overwhelming majority of cases even the eldest men have full heads of hair.

And the pictures arent misleading; groups of isolated indigenous people simply dont suffer from androgenic alopecia (the medical name for male pattern baldness)

How can this be? You might ask yourself, All my life Ive been told that male pattern baldness is genetic and theres nothing I can do about it apart from take a harmful drug or just accept it and live with it.

What is seemingly inexplicable is that when individuals from the same group leave their isolated homes and live somewhere more developed with logistical access to many different types of food, that pesky baldness gene just happens to spring out of nowhere.

Wow incredible!

In fact, the reason indigenous peoples never suffer androgenic alopecia is that they can only consume foods that are a perfect Genetic Food Match for them

By this I mean they only have access to foods which suit them genetically. When they leave their indigenous land, or technological development comes to them, then they start to have access to foods th at do not suit them genetically, foods which are not a Genetic Match.

Ok, but how can this help me? I hear you asking

Thats simple; eat foods that correspond precisely with your personal Genetic Food Match.

In order to do this you must first find the foods that suit y ou genetically. The population is split up into 5 basic categories. You can skip ahead to take the test in the next chapter and find out exactly which category you are in, or continue reading some of the background about Genetic Food Matching.
