The quests, games, and exercises found within this book were created by the author purely for additional entertainment value one can have while visiting Disneyland in the Disneyland Resort. The Publisher and Authors assume no responsibility or liability for damages resulting, or alleged to result, directly or indirectly from the use of the information contained herein. Dear Readers, Being an active member on a popular all-things-Disney website (www.MiceChat.com) for many years, I have seen many threads that ask: What can I do thats different at Disneyland? There are usually many suggestions that center around hidden gems located on the Disney property that a lot of fans dont know about and would be fun to try and locate. Ive followed some of the suggestions myself and end up wondering, Wow, how could I have visited Disneyland regularly since 1962 and missed that? A few times a year, Disneyland has scavenger hunt-like quests like The Gumball Rally (www.MiceChat.com) and Mouse Adventure (www.MousePlanet.com) that give the participants questions to answer and attractions to rideall within a certain timeframe. A quest similar to Mouse Adventure was even featured in my first novel Hidden Mickey: Sometimes Dead Men DO Tell Tales! In the spirit of adventure, I am pleased to present to you my newest book. My hope is that people in all age groups and all levels of Disney-based knowledge will be able to use this book to add to their fun at the Park.
Whether you bring the book for just you and your family, or whether you square off with a group of your friends, set some ground rules or just let everyone have a free-for-all and see who does the best. The quests are all centered in Disneyland only. We will get around to Disneys California Adventure and Walt Disney World and other Disney parks another time! However you decide to tackle the quests and games within, enjoy yourselves and have an adventurous day! Best Wishes and Thank You,

To get the most enjoyment out of this book, we recommend a few ground rules, here are some suggestions: Pick One - Decide which Hidden Mickey Adventure will work best for you or the group that will be playing. Divide and Conquer - When forming a team or competing teams, we recommend teams of 2-4 persons per team. Arrive early - It would be good to establish an official start and finish time. Asking for help - Cant figure it out? Ask a cast member. Waiting in line - If the wait time is 15 minutes or longer, get a FASTPASS if available. Waiting in line - If the wait time is 15 minutes or longer, get a FASTPASS if available.
Since the quests are also handicap accessible, most questions can answered without having to go through the regular line queue. Scoring - A point value was assigned each question, bonus question, and bonus points for completion of the quest. To prevent the possibility of accidentally peeking, we purposely left the answers out of the book. Answers are available at http://answers.HiddenMickeyBook.com Since smart phones access the internet, we also suggest a rule banning their use so it is fair play for all. Finally - Persons using this information should respect the rights of all other guests, and follow the direction given by cast members when running any of the quests in Hidden Mickey Adventures: in Disneyland so as not to spoil the fun for anyone else.
