The end result of this type of eating for most people is a thinner waistline, improved looks and much better overall health.

Nutritionists and medical researchers have long known that one of the most common reasons for most people's failure to lose weight are the cravings and hunger that accompany many popular diet plans. Unfortunately, for all the suffering that they induce, the truth is that most of those fad diets don't even leave you any thinner or healthier.
