Luc Bors is an Oracle ACE and ADF Expertise lead at AMIS. He has many years of experience as a principal consultant and architect. He regularly writes articles for international magazines, web sites, and the AMIS technology blog. Luc is a frequent presenter at international conferences such as ODTUG KScope, Oracle OpenWorld, and UKOUG. In 2011, he was the best speaker at ODTUG KScope in Fusion Middleware Track. In 2012 and 2014, Luc participated in the Mobile Beta testing program and presented about Oracle Mobile Application Framework at several conferences.

About the Technical Editor

Joe Huang is part of Oracles Mobile Platform product management team, focusing on evangelizing Oracles mobile application development platform to developers and Oracle Partners alike. He has more than 20 years of experience in software development, and spent the last 10 years focusing on enterprise mobility. Joe joined Oracle through the Siebel acquisition in 2006, where he was part of Siebels platform product management team. Prior to Siebel, Joe was with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), leading various development teams in creating innovative solutions for leading companies of the world. Joe received MS and BS degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in the early 1990s and currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
