John Watson (Oxford, UK) works for Skillbuilders Corporation, teaching and consulting throughout Europe and North America. He was with Oracle Corporation for several years in Johannesburg working for Internal Support and Oracle University, and has also worked for a number of companies, government departments, and NGOs in Europe and Africa. He is an Oracle Certified Master DBA, with many other accreditations for Oracle technologies. John has 30 years of experience in IT and first came across Oracle with database release 5, installing it on IBM ATs.
About the Technical Editor
Roopesh Ramklass (Canada) is an Oracle Certified Master with expertise in infrastructure, middleware, and database architecture. He has worked for Oracle Global Support, Advanced Customer Services, and Oracle University.
