Talent acquisition is a critical business process for any organization. Without key resources, organizations simply cannot function. The magnitude of this has been felt even more recently as the world continues to face the economic challenges associated with the global pandemic. As companies grapple with one another for skilled resources, they often look to their recruiting systems to help find a competitive edge. As many customers subscribe to cloud software such as SAP SuccessFactors, key differentiators become even harder to find. Furthermore, in our experience, many vendors and customers approach SAP SuccessFactors and need resources to bridge the gap between product documentation and real-world examples.
