When the Grand Jury indicted abortion doctor Dr. Kermit Gosnell in 2011, it wrote: This case is about a doctor who killed babies... What we mean is that he regularly and illegally delivered live, viable babies in the third trimester of pregnancyand then murdered these newborns by severing their spinal cords with scissors... Over the years, many people came to know that something was going on here. But no one put a stop to it.
Filmmakers Ann McElhinney and Phelim McAleer (FrackNation, Not Evil Just Wrong) have spent the last few years investigating the case and raising money for a feature documentary about the man they call Americas biggest serial killer. Now, in Gosnell, McElinney and McAleer report their shocking findings, taking readers inside the grisly case the mainstream media hesitated to cover. What really happened in Gosnells Pennsylvania clinic? And perhaps more importantly, how did Gosnell get away with infanticide for decades?

PRAISE FOR

GOSNELL

Gosnell reads like a literary Criminal Minds. This deftly written, gripping, and graphic account of the arrest and grand jury investigation into Kermit Gosnells nightmarish house of horrors reveals the truth about the monster who murdered with no compunction and kept ghastly trophies of his victims. Gosnell thoroughly reports the facts the mainstream press largely ignored: that, for years, complaints about unsafe conditions and even fatal malpractice at Gosnells clinic were met with zero action, so concerned were the powers that be with protecting unfettered access to abortion. Gosnell indicts a system that, in the name of womens reproductive health, failed to do anything to protect the women and born-alive infants who were slaughtered at 3801 Lancaster Avenue.

MARIA MCFADDEN MAFFUCCI, editor of Human Life Review

Hollywood could not conjure up a villain more barbaric and cold-blooded than true-life serial killer Kermit Gosnell. Investigative journalists Ann McElhinney and Phelim McAleer take you face to face with Philadelphias baby butcher in this gripping expos. But the story is especially chilling because he did not act alone. The true horror lies in Gosnells ghoulish gallery of enablersfeckless government bureaucrats, abortion radicals, and an AWOL media. McElhinney and McAleer are unflinching torchbearers of truth. This book is a public service.

MICHELLE MALKIN, founder of Twitchy and author of Invasion and Culture of Corruption and Unhinged: Exposing Liberals Gone Wild

Ann and Phelim courageously tell the heart-wrenching, shocking story previously ignored, one that every American needs to read. With each page, abortionist Kermit Gosnell takes his place in American history as a monster whose victims were the most innocent and helpless among us.

KATIE PAVLICH, reporter, commentator, and author of Fast and Furious: Barack Obamas Bloodiest Scandal and Its Shameless Cover-Up

In this historic book, Ann McElhinney and Phelim McAleer meticulously record the harrowing true-crime story of Kermit Gosnells barbaric abortion and infanticide business. Every American needs to read Gosnell, because the atrocities he committed, with the knowledge and support of public authorities, demand that we answer what we really believe about human dignity and the laws equal protection for the most vulnerable.

ALAN ROBERTSON

T he first time I met Ann McElhinney and Phelim McAleer was on a cruise ship. We were the guests on a panel discussion about media and entertainment and its effect on our culture. It was on that panel that I learned they were journalists and it was also how I learned how passionate they were about digging for truth and exposing it for the world to see. That day gave me a glimmer of hope that there were still committed journalists out there who understood why our founders protected the rights of a free press to watch the powerful, the secretive, and looked to expose hidden monsters. That was also the day I learned about Dr. Kermit Gosnell.

Like most Americans, I remembered something vaguely about the Gosnell trial somewhere up north. I could certainly give you a lot of details about O. J. Simpson, George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin, or Ferguson, Missouri, but nothing concrete about Dr. Kermit Gosnell. When Ann and Phelim told me about this case I asked, Why havent I heard more about this? They invited me to watch their movie about this case, which is amazing by the way, and then I began to understand why the American press didnt want to do an expos about this story. This book gives much more depth and detail about one of the most shocking stories that I have ever read about or even heard of.

When I watched the Gosnell movie, I think shock was the overwhelming emotion that I felt, and then sadness for so much killing. When I read the book, anger became the overwhelming emotion. A lot of the anger was aimed at Dr. Gosnell himself, as well as some of his staff for what they did to babies and also young women, but I was surprised at how much anger I had for the system that claims to care about womens health.

When you read about Gosnell in this book, you find out how the abortion industry really doesnt give a hoot about womens health and even less about the lives of millions of unborn girls, who NEVER had the chance to become women! The Gosnell case was said to not be about abortion, but the facts that came out of the trial show that this industry cares nothing about women or children.
