- 2 15-un cans n-lt-ddd white beans, rnd
- 2 4-ounce n grn hl, mld or ht
- 4 u rdud-dum hkn brth

- Ht oil n a Dutch vn over medium-high ht. Add ground turk, nn nd garlic. Cook, trrng and breaking up the mt with a wooden n, untl the mt no longer nk, 3 to 5 mnut.
- Add zuhn and k, trrng nll, untl the zuhn trtng to soften, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add bulgur, rgn, cumin, rndr, white r and lt and cook, trrng, until aromatic, 30 nd to 1 minute.
- Stir n white beans nd hl, then ur n brth; bring t a boil.
- Rdu ht t a mmr, rtll vr th pot nd k, stirring nll, until th liquid reduced nd thknd nd th bulgur tender, about 50 minutes.
