S ubah ke 4 baj gaye, lekin yeh dimaag hai ki sochna band hi nahi kar raha hai. Jab dekho har waqt kuch na kuch sochta rehta hai. Khud ke baare mein sochna, kisi aur ke baare mein sochna, kisi cheez ke baare mein sochna, kisi jagah ke baare mein sochna, kuch hone wala hai toh uske baare mein sochna, ya kuch beet gaya hai toh uske baare mein sochna. Kabhi apni kamzoriyon ke baare mein sochna toh kabhi khud kuch banne ke baare mein sochna. Na jaane kitni aisi cheezein hoti hain jo aaye din humare dimaag mein chal rahi hoti hain.

Humara har cheez ke liye thoda bahut sochna toh thik hai, ek bahut normal si baat hai, lekin jab hum kisi cheez ke baare mein zaroorat se zyada sochna shuru kar dete hain, dikkat wahan se shuru hoti hai. Kyunki jab bhi hum kisi cheez ke baare mein overthinking kar rahe hote hain toh humari zindagi ka ek bahut aham hissa ek jagah par ruk jaata hai, aur bahut koshishein karne ke baad bhi hum us cheez ko, us overthinking ko rok nahi paate. Isi tarah se humara mindf**k ho jaata hai.

Overthinking hum tabhi karte hain jab humein kisi cheez ki bahut fikar hoti hai, hum us cheez ke liye bahut serious hote hain, bhale hi woh kisi bhi wajah se ho, woh kisi bhi baare mein ho.

Par kabhi kabhi hum overthinking bewajah hi karne lagte hain, na koi baat na kuch masla, kisi bhi choti baat ko hum apne dimaag mein bahut bada bana lete hain aur us baare mein soch-soch ke hum itna pareshan ho jaate hain ki humein khud bura lagne lagta hai ki hum aise bewajah kyun soche ja rahe hain us baare mein.

Aksar hum overthinking un cheezon ke baare mein zyada karte hain jo exist bhi nahi karti, woh hum sirf dimaag mein bana lete hain. Asliyat mein woh ya toh hoti nahi hain, ya agar hoti bhi hain toh unke hone ki possibility bahut kam hoti hai. Hum apne dimag mein kisi cheez ko sochna shuru karte hain aur layers pe layers banate chale jaate hain, jissey ye process rukti nahi aur aakhir mein hum khud ko ek aisi situation mein paate hain jahan humein samajh bhi nahi aata ki hum pahuche kaise yaha tak, kyun pahuche, aur phir hum ussey bahar nikalna chahte hain.

Hum chahte nahi hain overthinking karna, par hum apne mann ko apne kabu mein nahi kar paate. Ek taraf hum pure mann se chah rahe hote hain ki hum us baare mein na sochein, toh doosri taraf hum us baare mein sochna chhod hi nahi paate. Aisa lagta hai jaise kuch negative thoughts humein jakad hi lete hain, aur chhodne ka naam hi nahi lete. Kuch baatein dimaag mein is kadar baithti hain ki uthte, baithte, sote, jaagte woh baatein hi chalti rehti hain.

Yeh overthinking agar ek hadd mein ho tab bhi ganeemat hai, lekin jab is overthinking ki hadein paar hone lagein toh humari mental health ke liye bahut zyada harmful ho jaata hai.

Overthinking karna sirf humari mental health ko affect nahi karta, balki humare mood ko bhi kharab karta hai, humare rishton mein bhi pareshaniya aane lagti hain, humari padhai-likhai mein bhi pareshani aane lagti hai, aur humari professional life mein bhi bahut zyada dikkatein aane lagti hain.   • Apna dhyaan hatao, aur kahin aur lagao: Main janta hoon thoda mushkil hota hai, par shuruwaat toh kar hi sakte hain na. Kisi bhi cheez mein apna dhyaan lagane ki koshish karo. Kuch kar lo, jis cheez mein aap achhe ho, maahir ho, woh kar lo, koi bhi kaam jo pasand ho. Agar aap ek artist ho, jaise ki musician, painter, writer/poet, ya koi bhi art jo aapko pasand hai, usko kar ke aap apne mind ko distract kar sakte ho.
  • Music suno: Koi bhi music jo thoda peaceful ho, woh suno. Music humare mann ko bahut zyada shaant karta hai aur humari problems se humein distract karne mein bhi help karta hai. Achcha relaxing music sun kar aksar insaan apni pareshaniyo ko kuch der tak bhool jaata hai, aur kho jaata hai. Aisa music Internet par available hai. Main khud apne mann ko shaant karne ke liye slow relaxation music sunta hoon, aap bhi try karna. Agar aap online calm music search karo, aapko kaafi achche options mil jayenge.
  • Apne andar ki baaton ko bahar nikalo: Agar aap kisi bhi cheez ko lekar overthinking kar rahe ho toh aap kisi se share bhi kar sakte hokoi dost, partner, ya family mein koi jisse aapki achchi banti hai. Iss cheez ki doosri side bhi toh ho sakti hai. Ek situation ko positive side se dekhoge, khud ko samjhaoge toh apne aap overthinking kam ho jayegi.

Jab bhi koi chota bachha ro raha ho toh usey shaant karne ke liye aapko usey behlana padta hai, uska dhyaan kisi aur taraf le jana padta hai.
