Cocoa Espresso Mug Cake

INGREDIENTS: 3 tablespoon All-purpose flour 1 teaspoon Instant coffee powder 2 tablespoon Drinking chocolate powder or sweetened cocoa powder 2 1/2 to 3 tablespoon Sugar 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder 2tablespoon Milk 1 Egg- 2 tablespoon Oil 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract INSTRUCTIONS: In a glass or stainless steel bowl, add the flour, coffee powder, sugar and baking powder, stir together. Fold in the egg, milk, oil and vanilla extract, mix until blended together with a fork. Ladle this into a greased mug and microwave for 90 seconds. Test to if cooked, if not cook a little more, but dont overcook. Finish with a dusting of sugar or vanilla ice cream.

Vanilla Strawberry Mug Cake

INGREDIENTS: 1 tablespoon butter, softened 1 large egg 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 2 to 3 tablespoons strawberries, diced INSTRUCTIONS: In glass or stainless steel bowl, mix all the ingredients together, (except the strawberries).

Vanilla Strawberry Mug Cake
