N early thirty years ago I was at rock bottom in my life and could see no future for myself. Despite having no religious or spiritual background I called out for help - and an angel appeared to me and took me on a journey to show me my future. This encounter set me on a spiritual path, which has not always been easy but which I have remained determined to follow.

Ten years after their first visit, the angels returned to ask me to tell people about them. At their direction I wrote my first book, A Little Light on Angels (the new edition is called A New Light on Angels), and since that time these luminous beings have appeared in most of my writings.

A few years later, my guide Kumeka connected with me and I have worked with him ever since. Kumeka originates from another universe but came to this one to help with the setting up of the fifth experiment of Atlantis, which resulted in the Golden Age. Since then, he has returned here at significant times in the history of the planet to assist us. I now know that Kumeka is my twin flame. We come from the same planet and have the same Monad or I AM Presence. He has never been incarnated but when I have incarnated he has guided me. He has had to find me in each lifetime; in other words, he could not guide me until my light has become bright enough for him to see me.

Because he has never had a physical body he is a hard taskmaster, having no idea what physicality and emotions are. He does not realize that I need a rest after flying half way round the world and giving lectures every day on a tour!!! However, he is always there when I need him and he does provide awesome information. Furthermore, I totally trust him.

If he thinks I am not listening to him carefully enough, or he really wants to gain my attention, he tweaks my physical body. For a horrible six months he gave me excruciating sciatica whenever he wanted to speak to me. As he often did this while I was driving, I dreaded going any distance because I would suddenly be hit by sharp pain and have to stop the car to shake out my leg. It took me some time to realize that it was Kumeka doing this and I was not very pleased with him when I found out! We had a discussion during which he agreed that he would refrain from giving me sciatica but instead would buzz my left ear if he wanted my attention. Other Masters and Angels talk into my left ear too. For my part, I agreed to listen carefully. I have not had a single twinge of sciatica since.

The other mighty illumined being who gives me information and is constantly with me is the Universal Angel Metatron. He does not come from this universe either but is in charge of the ascension of this planet into the new Golden Age. He is helping individuals to open their Stellar Gateway chakras and is working with the planetary Stellar Gateway chakra. Metatrons energy is bright golden orange and he and his angels often impress themselves into photographs as Orbs to help us with our ascension paths. Metatron draws attention to his presence by buzzing my right ear. He is the only being who uses this ear, and when he does so it is often quite a sharp pain. This is when he is using angel sonics to break up any resistance I may have to his message.

Everyone in the whole world has guides and angels helping them on their path, and when we recognize these beings our lives become filled with joy. I feel very blessed to have such wonderful guides and angels with me.

I am not great at meditation. Sitting cross-legged in front of a candle is fine for a short while but aching knees and back significantly reduce my chance of entering the silence. Instead, I find that I receive downloads while walking in my local conifer forest. Also Kumeka, Metatron or one of the other angels or Masters pop in with comments or information at unexpected times. I try to remain alert to their promptings as much as possible.

One of the most encouraging things to happen in the next twenty years is the opening up of the religions to higher spirituality. All dogma is based on fear and this will change into love. The awakening of the portal in Mesopotamia will return self-worth to the Arabs and help to dissolve the dogma of Islam, enabling its followers to embrace their religious beliefs in a spiritual way. Christians will no longer talk about the fear of God but will enjoy the love of God. Jews will learn humility and will seek peaceful solutions. Many Masters, such as Catherine of Sienna, Mary Magdalene and Saint Theresa of Avila are stepping forward to help all religions become spiritual for the New Golden Age.

In 2009, when I wrote 2012 and Beyond, I was filled with enormous excitement at the great spiritual opportunities ahead. There are amazing and extraordinary energies coming in at this time to propel us through the twenty-year transition period into the new Golden Age. After that book came out so many people contacted me, wanting to know what the forecast was for their country that I tuned into the forecasts for the whole world again.

As I discuss in this book, some of the forecasts, such as the major floods in Australia, have already happened because the cleansing has been brought forward. And a forecast is simply that - an intimation of the probability based on the current consciousness. We can change it all by raising our consciousness further and further.
