This is such a high-frequency book that I want to start by sharing what happened at my pre-life consultation for this life. I was called to a meeting with my guide, Kumeka, my guardian angel and Archangel Metatron. No one else was present.

I was asked to undertake a mission on Earth. I was shown my parents and family and was told that I would have to incarnate immediately. There was no time for discussion or consideration. My options were to accept or decline! As Im here, obviously I accepted.

I was born in 1940 in the Himalayas at the exact moment the first bomb fell on London. My task was to act as a light to counteract the darkness.

I went through the Veil of Amnesia and forgot my divine connections, but when the travails of life became too much for me, the angels dragged me into the light again and I have worked with them ever since. This is the 27th book I have written with Kumeka and the angels.

I met Tim when he came to a book-signing in a store. As I wrote in his copy of my book, Discover Atlantis, I asked him what he did for a living. He was a gardener and I needed one.

Later, when I asked him to cut down a scruffy hawthorn tree at the end of my garden, he came in to tell me the hawthorn said it was protecting me and my home. I thought, Who is this man?

Over a cup of tea he shared his desire to become an ascension teacher. I told him to pick up his book and reread it. As we talked, little white feathers started to pour over us. When he left, I counted more than 400 feathers laid out in small squares over the entire lawn.

He phoned me from his holiday to say he had read the book and knew exactly who he had been in Atlantis and why he was here now.

Years passed and he came back to do some gardening. A mutual friend happened to be in the kitchen at the time and said, Do you realize when Tim walked in all your 12 chakras lit up?

Ah, I thought. He is ready for his mission.

I was born in southern England in 1972 and have been spiritually connected since I can remember. Running a high frequency in the older, denser vibrations was very challenging for me as a child.

My life changed completely in 1990 after an accident and I started to study the spiritual works of authors around the planet.

Over the period of my awakening, I discovered that I was the physical aspect of Thoth, high priest of Atlantis. From this point onwards, I fully committed myself to the progress and ascension of planet Earth and all who live upon her.

I met Diana at a local book-signing in Bournemouth, UK. She had just released Discover Atlantis. Later I realized we had worked closely together in the era of Atlantis. The universe had decided that it was time for us to work together again and I started helping her in her garden. We live close to each other.

As the years passed, our friendship blossomed and we have supported each other through the many life changes we have been through.

We work fantastically together and last year Archangel Metatron, who is in charge of the entire ascension process of this universe, announced that we were to produce new cutting-edge ascension information to assist with the planetary changes.

So we have created this book for you. It is a powerful seventh-dimensional co-operation that will illuminate all who read it.

We are now in a transitional period to a new Golden Age. This transition started at the Cosmic Moment, 21 December 2012, which was the end of the 260,000-year-long Atlantis experiment. The exploration of the third dimension which started with the setting up of Atlantis is now being wound down to make way for an entirely new reality.

The last 10,000 years of the Atlantis experiment have been third-dimensional, but in 2014 the planet moved into the fourth dimension. We are now part of a brand new planetary and cosmic dynamic. This is bringing a completely new frequency into the lives of every sentient being on the planet.

Archangels are stepping in now to help us all to raise our frequency to the fifth dimension and beyond. Archangel Metatron, who vibrates with the number 55, has asked us to present you with 55 steps to ascension so that you can raise your frequency quickly and, in turn, help others to ascend. Archangels are not the only Illumined Beings who are helping with our glorious ascension process. Unicorns, the purest of the pure, are shimmering white horses who have ascended into the seventh to ninth dimensions of the angelic realms and they assist our journey by touching those who are ready with their radiant horn of spiralling light.

Many elementals, from the fifth-dimensional goblins and fairies to the negativity-consuming esaks of the third dimension, are helping us to become a glowing golden planet. Those beautiful fourth-dimensional elementals the dragons are waiting to be our faithful friends and companions and to serve us in a number of ways. For the first time, teams of fifth-dimensional golden dragons are here to assist and protect us. We are living in wonderful times and are incredibly loved, protected and assisted by the angelic realms.

We have been asked to create this book together to offer a perfect balance of masculine and feminine energy. Each step offers guidance about the archangels, information about the step itself and a visualization or other exercise to help you.
