Instructions In a small pot, combine cilantro, pineapple pieces, ginger, andhoney; pour in enough water to cover ingredients.
Boil until reduced by half. Remove from heat; strain. Thinly slice steak against the grain. Add meat to a resealable plastic bag with strained marinade. Marinate for 24 to 48 hours in the refrigerator. Process in a food dehydrator according to dehydratorsdirectionsapproximately 5 hours.
Serve or store for up to 1 month.
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
This is a very popular treat around Halloween, but you can makeit any time if you have access to fresh pumpkin seeds! Serves: 6
Ingredients Raw pumpkin seeds Water Salt 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions Carefully clean and dry pumpkin seeds. Boil seeds in water with a pinch of salt. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Drain and pat dry. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spread into an even layer on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt lightly. Roast for 10 minutes, stir, and roast for 10 minutes more. Check with 5 minutes left to ensure that the seeds are notburning. Serve.

Ingredients 1/2 tsp salt 2 cups almond flour 2 tbsp water 2 tbsp rosemary, thyme, and oregano mixture 1 egg white 1/4 tsp melted coconut oil 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, combine salt, flour, and spices. In a small bowl, whisk egg white together with coconut oil, oliveoil, and water. Pour wet ingredients into dry mixture; stir to form a stiffdough. Roll out into 1/8 inch thickness, then place on a baking sheet. Use a pizza cutter to slice into cracker shapes. Serve.
Easy Strawberry Ice Cream
This easy recipe will give homemade ice cream with almost noeffort! Serves: 6
Ingredients 14oz coconut milk 1 pound frozen unsweetened strawberries 1/2 tbsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp liquid honey
Instructions Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

Let cool to room temperature.
Peel fruit from parchment paper and slice into strips. Serve or store.
