Hope. This book is about hope, courage, and about permanent change. You dont have to suffer with obesity, discomfort, and health problems anymore. You dont have to be an obese family. I am going to give you the hope and the help you need to change your habits forever, so that you dont have to find another diet ever again.
Dr. Jens Dip Diet works. Using it, I reached my goal, and it was not difficult. Overall, I have lost 46 lbs., and I have kept it off. This may not seem like much weight to lose, but for me, at 5 3, it amounts to a miracle. This is the only time in my life that I have ever lost weight and reached my goal in 35 years of dieting. (Boy, it was strange to start weight-maintenance eating; I had never done that before.) Introduction
You will find this diet book to be different from most others. Even though I am a scientist/psychologist by trade, I fully admit that this book will not tell you about all the latest research on how to lose weight. Chances are, you know some of it already. Even though I enjoy learning about the most recent research findings on how to lose weight effectively, and even though I have been studying these findings for years, the reality is that I did not lose my weight by knowing the obesity research. If you are overweight, you know that the bottom line is diet and exercise. Most of us can figure out some form of exercise that works for us, so the real challenge was to find a healthy diet that actually worked, and that I could stick to in the long run. Dr. Jens Dip Diet really does work!
