Introduction
20 years. I have wasted 20 years chasing chicks! 20 years. I could own this city by now, believe me!
Artem is 48 years old, and most days of most of those adult and teenage years have been spent, in one way or another, in the focused, driven, determined pursuit of the opposite sex.
When I first came to this city, 10 years ago, it was my aim to introduce myself to every beautiful girl in the city. Now, ten years later, I believe I may have done it.
There are many millions of people in that particular Eastern European city. He hasnt. But he has introduced himself to a lot of the female ones, selectively, every day, for the past decade and more. Of those, many have accepted invitations to parties, castings, photo shoots, tarot readings, English lessons, fitness classesin fact any excuse for their time, and of those many have played ball. New girls. Most every day. Absolutely every week.

A day . 3 new girls a day . How is that possible? Y ou might well ask.
Well, it is possible. I can tell you that happened. I am not saying its an achievement, something to admire, or something to aim for, Im just telling you it can be done.
This is an account of time spent and lessons learnt from a man who has dedicated his life to the pursuit of women, and truly mastered the art of pick-up.
Whatever your aims and desires, whatever your goals, if you take one tip from this book that helps you in that quest, Ill be happy and your moneys well spent.
I have known Artem for the past two years. In that time we have been patrolling for students, models, or actresses almost every day. I have been to castings, photo shoots, fashion shows, gallery openings, or English groups, always an excuse for an invitation, always a prelude to a party, always with one outcome in mind - at least once a week.
Im going to assume youre not new to pick up. In fact, if you have an email address and a penis, Im sure your not. Or maybe Im wrong. However, it was new to me a few years ago, and quickly became an obsession . I devoured every source I could get my hands on, attended seminars, read ebooks, bought DVDs and after discovering daygame outgrew a small European city all too soon. By outgrew, I mean I had been rejected by enough of the population to lose my anonymity and risk my reputation. I followed an opportunity to a capital city in Eastern Europe where the first could be assured and the second protected.
However, Artem had never read a pick up guide, never been to a seminar, and never visited a forum.
Im not saying the tips and wisdom you can learn from them arent valid and powerful, I assure you they are. They will give you some valuable tools. However, here is a story that I hope will give you a new blueprint to apply them to and some new tips to add to them.

Inner Core
If youre new to this, and especially if youre not, its crucial to remember that your value, your achievements, your vibe, underpin everything. Skillsets, stacks and psychology will help you, for sure, but it will only take you so far.
What will really get results is your intrinsic value . Neglect that and forget it, and forget it you will if your interest in pick up leads to an obsession. Trust me, I know. I first got into this looking for step stones that would lead me to action. Recognising myself as a rounded professional guy any girl would be lucky to meet, I sought out cures for the nice hesitant elements of my personality that prevented any girl from having the opportunity or inclination to fuck me. Following a prolonged obsession with game, at the eventual cost of health, wealth and career, I am now looking for fixes to to round my character, replenish my finances and regain my career.
This is hammy, but its really true, and its something that I now see Artem really respects and values. In the time that I have known him he has learnt French and Spanish, begun studying German and Italian, hit the gym every day, mastered photography (to the point that he now charges for fashion shoots), created a course for students of English as a foreign language, and is now launching another new company. In that time I have depleted many bank balances, worn out several pairs of shoes and grown my hair. Guess who gets laid?
Those are extremes, and you dont need to have model looks, great wealth or a fantastic career, but the point is you must continually develop yourself and strive to be the best you can be.
You dont need to learn five languages, but why not study one? You dont need to start a company, but dont lose sight of your future. You dont need to work out every day, but you do need to take care of yourself.
Dont lose sight of your core self. Everything else is a vehicle to powerfully deliver it.
Mindset
I dont care if I get laid. Really, thats my mentality. Maybe well fuck, maybe we wont. Maybe shell come me, maybe she wont
Non-attachment, non-disinterest. Abundance mentality. It really is key, but it only works if you truly feel it, and really, truly, you should. Recognise how many thousands of single women share your space of the globe. And how many of them are walking around lost and lonely, waiting, hoping for a man to come along and show her a path. Or at least offer an escape from the mundanity of everyday life for a while. If she doesnt want to play, she doesnt want to play. So what? She doesnt get to know you. Really (probably), her loss.
Spirituality
Artem is a spiritual guy. He meditates, he reads tarot, he believes in energy and the power of the universe and realising your own destiny. And chicks love it.
Maybe you dont, and thats fine. Maybe I dont. In fact tarot reading isnt too far removed from palm reading, and no one wants to look that pathetic.
However, meditation is A Good Thing. Spirituality aside, pick-up aside, in the modern world of constant external mental stimulation, spending a fraction of your day in a state of intrinsic peace will improve your balance, awareness and performance in every sphere of life.
That definitely includes women. If you plan to approach, date and seduce women, a cluttered stressed state is not the vibe you want to project.
Outer Skin
If you took a look at Artems bathroom, and saw the receipts for money spent at the hairdressers, beauty salon and solarium, youd be forgiven for assuming he was gay. Bathing, grooming, and dressing are all 100% in your control. If you have the option to make the most of yourself, why neglect yourself instead? Either way, trust me, shell notice.
If your uncomfortable with taking care of yourself, or sad enough to worry that your mates will think its gay, just remember that people are followers. If you want to stick with the crowd, fine, but how will you ever get ahead?
Personally, I do most all, and Artem more. The only thing that holds me back is budget. I get a good hair cut as often as I need it, in fact, before I need it. I get manicures, pedicures, sun tans, use face packs, have baths with salts. I draw the line at having fish nibble my toes or being treated with crystals, but a massage is fine.
Just look around, celebrities, owners, businessmen - they all do it. In fact, I find it amazing how many guys slob about out of choice.
