INTRODUCTION
I 'm Nithya Vivek. I was born and brought up in South India, so I had an opportunity to try a variety of foods from regional cuisines across Tamil Nadu. With further travel within India and across continents, I had a chance to explore flavors from around the world. But my quest for healthy foods started during my pregnancy and later. It was a whole lot of learning to understand about nutrition and a balanced diet. My journey got even more interesting when I needed to deliver the healthiest option for my kiddo the way she likes, an ultimate challenge!
This is when I got introduced to OPOS sometime last year and it seemed like a perfect choice to make healthy foods, tastier and quicker.

6. I was always OPOSing!
OPOS is not a fancy word for pressure cooking. Very few OPOS recipes follow the "Dump all into a cooker" technique. Most OPOS recipes are built on pressure baking, a brand new cooking technique. Pressure baking, in addition to the techniques listed below is responsible for the intense taste, textures, colours and flavours of OPOSed dishes.
