Tanya Aguiiga creates works of art that function as pieces of furniture. The designer, born in Tijuana, Mexico, holds a masters degree in furniture design from the Rhode Island School of Design and is currently part of the teaching staff at the Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles. Her work has been exhibited in Mexico City and Milan, and she was nominated to be a United States Artists Target Fellow in crafts and traditional art. The design of CB2 chairs is somewhere between sculpture and furniture and was inspired by the organic shapes of nature and the animal world. With their different shapes and upholstery, no two CB2s are the same. The design uses different fabrics and surfaces, depending on the chairs intended function.

Laura Aquili (born in 1973) and Ergian Alberg (born in 1972) have worked for companies such as Zaha Hadid Architects, OMA, UNStudio, ONL, and Fuksas.

Their first job as independent designers was the VERTIGO coffee table, which was the beginning of their collaboration with Moroso. They have also participated in the design of Prada boutiques in New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. They work for many clients, including Moroso, Fiam, and Kundalini, as well as publishing articles in various Italian design magazines. The outstanding design of the Sigmy was inspired by the perception of motion and the combination of lines, lightness, and buoyancy. Its form is reminiscent of the Greek letter sigma, which gives it its name.

The Atelier Opa team consists of three designers: Yuki Sugihara, Toshihiko Suzuki, and Munetaka Ishikawa.

Suzuki is an architect and has participated in exhibitions in London and Milan; Sugihara is an artist who is passionate about languages; and Ishikawa is a designer who is also passionate about soccer. The company studies the constant evolution of international design and architecture and participated in the exhibition at the Asia Design Award in 2007. When closed, this folding office occupies the space of a narrow closet and has a desktop that opens to 3.28 feet (1 meter) long and 19.7 inches (50 centimeters) deep. It also includes shelves and a chair connected to the structure. The chairs hide a storage space under the seat.
